Ht. 5'3, Wt. 138 - Hey people sorry I havent been up here in a long time.Well in school we have these step with it things and they have them at Mc.Donalds but n e ways all you do is put it on your waist and take as many steps and excercise with it and record what you steped. The goal is to get 10,000 steps a day so far i got 318 because i just put it but im about to go outside and run around the block and i'll tell you how many steps i toke when i ran around the block. well i g2g love savanna

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 186.5 - ok...breakfast-14 low fat pringles lunch-nothing snack-nature valley almond bars dinner-idk im not hungry for dinner lately...volleyball started today and my coach said that he could tell i was getting taller and loseing weight so finalley someone besides my parents notice my weight loss...my friends think i have an eating disorder be cause i dont eat around them which makes me mad because now i know they talk about me behind my back...:-[...BYE!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201.5 - I need some advice on working out. I already try to go for walks 15-25 minutes a day, and I do 20 push ups and 25 sit ups as well. I don't do this every day, but I try. I feel that I don't do enough of the muscle training stuff. I would like to know if you guys think this is enough for every day, and/or what else I should do????

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - Omg today was the last of our P.E. physical fitness tests and I passed it! Along with all the others! I get a presidentials fitness award!!!! I've never even come close to this before! It's possible, just remember that. Keep working and you'll make it!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Hey everyone. I need some help, because I will be going on a cruise on June 11th for a week with my friend. And of course everyone knows of all the fatty foods but i cannot eat healthy because all of my friends will think i will be all obssesed with my weight if i eat only healthy. So i think i will just let myself go but don't get stuffed.They also have a gym even though your supposed to be like 16 i still go in it. So i think ill work out for about an hour a day. And also me and my friend promised to layout like everyday for 30min or more and that burns cals cause you sweat right? Please if u have any suggestions on what i should do say them.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145lbs? goal:125lbs - I have never been this over-wieght before. I am ashamed to look in the mirror at myself. When junk food (candy, ice cream, soda, etc.) is in the house I can't keep myself from eating it. What healthy foods do you try to eat to stay healthy and not gain wieght? I like fruits and salads but, I have problems with other stuff like---frozen veggies, plain cereal, etc. I'm basicly a picky eater. Anybody have a way the broke themselves from that? I have a hard time with anything not sweetened. Please help me!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200-210 - Ok, so today I started eating healthy, exercising, etc.Eating healthy is no problem. Exercise is where it's bad for me. I'm athletic, though I didn't play any sports this year, I lift weights, I have a lot of muscle, but I have no stamina. I have a treadmill and stationary bike at my house. I have no stamina on the treadmill.I try the couch to 5k plan.Maybe it's since I haven't ran in forever, but I do the first 10 minutes of it and my legs hurt and I'm tired. The problem with the stationary bike is that it's too easy unless I have it on the hardest level of it, and then I can only do it like 10 minutes straight at the max.Any opinions,tips,etc?I'd like to maybe swap emails with someone who has lost some weight and can help me out, or something.Well, I'm out. I'm going outside to mess around. It's better than sitting at the computer. Even things like going outside is better than sitting on the couch all day.Someone reply.I'm done typing.

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 170 - I cant stop eating! and when i snack on healthy stuff like carrots and celery and apples...it dosent fill me up! so i usually end up binging on cake or cookies and then i feel so terrible. Ive tried drinking water and diet soda...but nothing seems to work. im about ready to give up. I want to lose around 20 lbs this summer.
