Ht. 5'7, Wt. 158 - so today i was up at the gym, and i did 35 minutes on a elliptical, 20 minutes on teh tredmill, did 15 minutes on the stepper then went back and did 15 minutes on the elliptical again. do u guys think im overdoing it? like.. is it unhealthy to do that much cardio for one day?

Well I am trying to diet healthy I have had a past of anorexia and a past of bulimia and wound up in a hospital and Im still over weight which really made me mad and I had suicidal thoughts and I would break out in mad rages and I finally got help and recovered but now I still have difficulties with my weight I would love for people to help me...Help is always a good thing and for advice to all you others dont looking to eating disorders to solve your problems all they do is add to them both food binging and bulimia and anorexia...but I would really like for some advice...I have a boyfriend who says I shouldnt change but I want to look good for him and I was to feel good when we go out to places...Please any little bit of help will be good for me whether it be on exercise or diet or even just a new friend..if you dont get ahold of me on this site write me at SweetD_Dreamer_18@yahoo.com Thanks, AmAnDa LyNn

Ht. 5'7, Wt. ?? - ok, well i've been eating super good forever but during the school year i didn't get much excercise so that's why i think i didn't lose much weight. but school's out and i have a pool in my backyard and so far i have been swimmng every day so i think (and hope) i will starty losing weight more rapidly, and yeah, i know weight loss takes time but im not that overweight so it's kinda hard for me to lose it anyway. happy summer (even if school'd not out yet) ppl! =D

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - Today I ate.... 1/4 of a cup of yogurt half a tuna sandwich A few baby carrots 2 cups of Special K A Yogurt bar A cheese string A plum this came to about 800 cals..how'd I do? plus im gonna do 100 situps, 20 squats and 20 lunges.GOOD?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - I have put on AT LEAST 20 pounds this year....what a bummer. tomorrow is my all new diet. 5 small meals a day and lots of excerises. Im think tons of jumping rope, softball, and basketball. Im hoping to lose 40-45 pounds asap(or before august) Im pumped!
