Ht. not sure, Wt. 157 - hi, i just wanted to let you know that i lost 4 pounds! Also, my friend weighs 94 pounds, and is turning 12 in another month. for some reason she thinks she is getting overweight.she kinda looks liie she is, (no offense to her), and i just want to help her out, so she will stop worrying about herself as what she looks like.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 176 - Im so angry. I have a major crush on this guy named Brian but he doesnt like me, he even said that he would be to embarassed to go out with me cauz im too fat. No matter what I do he wont notice me. And yesterday, he was at the beach and he was kissing this 17 year old $#%#% with ripped abs and big boobs. I know i shouldnt like a guy who wants big boobs instead of niceness but i cant help it.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - the people who make clothes are trying to make people feel fat. i have a pair of 12 pants, i go get some pants that were 18 and i get home and measure to see what's up with that and they are the same width in the waist and hips. personally i think that people want everyone to be skinny anorexic looking freaks by having clothing like that. also i was buying toddler clothing for my 'phew and I was looking at the little girls stuff and the skirts are like 3 inches short I swear! I bet by the time we are all in our mid-late 20's or 30's little girls will look like Paris Hilton (no offense to fans) but I mean come on! Does anyone else agree with me? Ht. 5"5", Wt. 220 - Hi ok i am goin to be in the 8th grade next and year and i have had 3 boyfrinds but i feel so stressed becuz all of my frinds r so skinny and beautiful and look good in anything.i have already lost 30 pounds during the skool year becuz of having to run in athlettic but now that im out i cant get motivated to exercise.I am a softball and volleyball player and i really need to lose weight fast.my goal is to be 110 lbs.so if anyone has any tip plz let me know asap.i really want to go to skool next year and blow everyone away of how much weight ive lost.especially my X boyfrinds who r the hottest and most popular guys at skool.well plz write bac and tell me wat u think i should do.thanx tons.bye

Ht. 5'7, Wt. n/a - ok, i have been eating really quite healthy forever and i havn't lost hardly any weigh so i think i need to excercise more but i just can't find the time to bacause i'm really busy and i will still be busy when school gets out (june 2) and i get bored really easily. do you guys have any suggestions? thx alot

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 200 - Ugggh, Weight Watchers is closed tomorrow for Memorial Day so I have to wait until Tuesday to see how much I lost this week. Patience is a virtue though, right? lol
Guess what! Today, someone said to me, "hey sam, have you lost weight?" And I said, "YES!" It was so awesome that someone noticed. I feel so great. Annnnnd... I TURN 18 THIS WEEK!!! Woohoo!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180ish - OK, so i havnt posted in a while but..i feel a little bit better about myself, in the last maybe year or so i lost about 20 punds, i used to weigh like 200 and that was like bad cuz my moms friend who is like my dad weighed that(i dunno how much now) and then i didnt see him in a year and i saw him today and he was saying how i looked good, even though he was kinda half asleep and he always says that, but when he does it makes me feel more confident about myself, so im gonna keep trying to eat less junk and more good stuff, i hardly ate anything today but i wasnt that hungry i had some Crystal Light and a sip of a beer:P and a Dairy Queen Skor Blizzard, im going to try and exercise more tonight though:)

Ht. 5'5, Wt. a bit too much - Hey guys; I've run into a bit of some trouble for today. Usually today is my Subway day; anyways we didn't get to go, and so I had a SmartOnes meal for lunch, 260 calories. I had a bowl of Honeynut Cheerios for breakfast which was about 160 calories. Anyways, I've mostly been chugging down water to try and keep off any pangs of hunger. My dad told me that he wanted to take us to Pizza Hut later one, and so I'm a bit scared that I might go on a pizza eating spree. (Pizza is a weakness of mine!) I'm thinking maybe I might stick with salads and a piece of pizza or something? :/ It's easier said than done though. Hopefully we get in a walk later on today, so I won't feel too bad. This really gives me a taste of what summer will be like though. At school, atleast I have some control over when I can eat and what I can eat. Summertime, usually I'm in charge.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. --- - I haven't posted here in a while, but I just want to let you go that I'm still going strong. I've lost 22 pounds in all, and I'm hoping to lose 15 more by July 4th, maybe even a bit more. My biggest problem is that I need to realize that this is a lifestyle change, and that even though it is okay to let myself have a treat once in a while, I have to do that in moderation as well. I can't be too strict, yet I can't let myself go. I also can't weigh myself every day. That's a big no no. For example, yesterday I reached my short term goal, but I let myself have a day off and I ended up eating 2 chocolate chip cookies and some other unhealthy stuff. Today I weighed myself and I was upet to find that maybe I weighed a pound or less more than yesterday. *sigh* I'm sure I can fix that. Weight fluctuates anyways. There... (view more)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 185 - One thing i noticed while dieting is that my metabolism has gone up. Before I lost weight I would have a fattenening meal and I would actually look like I ate it for the next few days. Last night, I had a cheat dinner and I got a little "bloated." This morning I looked like I hadnt eaten anything at all. Its nice =D

Ht. 4'11", Wt. 146 - I am weighing myself tomorrow.... i dont think i lost anything because i didnt do that good and didnt exercize! once summer begins, i'm gonna try and run at least 3 miles every morning and exercize a bit more
