Ht. 5'2 ish, Wt. 160ish - So i hope to lose 30 pounds by august-Totally realistic goal. Today has been--ok. For breakfast i had a granola bar and orange juice. Lunch granola bar pudding juice. Snack 1/2 of a muffin and a little juice. Dinner I am going to have an english muffin pizza and fruit. the total is about 1200 calories. I need to excersie though Im thinking...basketball and jump rope then maybe a walk later.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 c 140 - ok this is what i ate today i nkow its not toally healthy but i didnt eat too many clories today half of a type of bread-75 1/2 of oj-45 2 chicken strips- 200 1/4 a cup of ice cream-90 1 soda-150 Lemon chicken at a chinese resturant- 300 that all adds up to 860 alories

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Ok, so I'm going to start counting cals. How many cals should I be consuming in one day? and on the Nutrition Facts label on the back of foods...should I be counting the FAT CALORIES or the CALORIES only because they have those two types of cals on the back and what if my mom cooks something and the Cals and the cals in the food are unknown, how many cals should I put it as? Ht. 5'3, Wt. 155 - omg i feel terrible..i ate soo bad for 4 days in a row!!! actually...well i ate bad thursday nite and friday nite and then all day sat and sun....i dont know what has got into me..i know im doing wrong by eating that much but i just dont stop..i gained like 3lbs i weigh 155 and used to be about 152. i dont feel like exercising anymore either..im on this low carb diet and i ate TONS of carbs so i must have gained more today and i need to get back on track 2morrow..my dad is gunna bring me to the gym with him sometime this week maybe if he has time. i need some motivation really..i hate this...well i g2g byee and my myspace is www.myspace.com/jenna527 if ya wanna add me ok bye

Ht. 5'2, Wt. start: 195 now: 183 - I need help. i need to lose wieht for my self, i dont ahve a date but i wanna be between 120-130 but if i get to 140 thats good to. theres not really a time i want it by i just want it, if anything by this time next year, but how do i go about doing it. help plz. it took me a year to lose those 12lbs, and while i know they are most likely going to stay off i know that if i actually tried i could see better results. i need motivation!

For breakfast, lunch and supper I eat 1-2 servings of fruit/veggies, 1 lean protein source, 1-2 breads, and a glass of milk. For snacks, fruit is great but better if combined with some protein like yogurt b/c it keeps me full, and the fruit is good b/c it has carbohydrates which your brain needs and since it raises your blood sugar you won't feel hungry anymore. I also am very active. Not just doing exersize once a day, but being active all day long is very important. If you're watching tv, do jumping jacks or lift weights during commercials. If you're going somewhere, bike there instead of driving. It took me only about 1.5 months to lose 20lbs. And the way I eat I have a lot of energy all day so I feel like being active. Even when I'm with friends, instead of staying in, I always suggest we go somewhere biking or rollerblading, or play soccer or basketball outside. Ht. 5'1", Wt. 205 - wight is still "205" because I haven't weighed in this week yet, I do that tomorrow (wish me luck) Yesterday was kind of an oops day for my eating... its hard to get used to not eating stuff like dunkin donuts breakfats sandwiches *BLUSHES* lol. Anyway, aside from my slip yesterday I feel awesome. I'm wearing a skirt today and for the first time, my thighs aren't rubbing together and my skirt fits nicely. Yay. :) Ok, g2g, later gators.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 133 - I feel horrible. I have an eating disorder. In the 6th grade, I was 115 and about average. In the seventh grade, I went down to 110 because of sports. In the eight grade, I dropped to 94 towards the beggining of my freshman year. I now weight 133, and I keep gaining weight. I'm starting too feel the fat when I walk and I don't feel comfortable anywhere in public. I used to look too skinny, and if I just would have stopped at 115, I would look great now...Some days I just feel like giving up the struggle to be who I was, because I can't follow through with anything anymore. Please help.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey guys well i'm STILL stuck on the dang pleatu, i've been letting myself slip up a bit but i still haven't gained anymore weight back! that's good, but i've only lost 10lbs, and i wanna be like 130-140 by christmas for the doc and to look good. (ps last time i psted i said i wasn't sure about 173.2 and i think becuase i'm gonna get my period it was water weight, cause i've been stuck ever since!)
