Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164 - Sooo. for breaky I had 1 cup of special K cereal. FOr lunch I had 1 cup of special K cereal and a 1 cup of slimfast. For dinner I had 3 cups of special k(oh no!) lol I know its not very healthy, but we ran out of veggies and stuff. Oh and I had a special K bar, I'll eat more fruits and veggies tomorrow, But do u think I ate okay today?

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay well for dinner i had roast turkey, salad, and a small cup of pasta in pesto sauce. for dessert i had a big slice of watermelon and a small piece of chocolate, becuase i exercised a LOT today! :0)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 166 - i weigh 166 and im suppose 2 weigh 145 ....damn im over weight... s o i guess i really have to lose 21 pounds.. and im graduatin this year i dont want to feel fat in my dress.....damn....any one? help please any suggestions

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 193 - how did i do today i had field day at my school and i didnt sit down once an i was running around the whole time then i walked a mile wit my friends and then i went outside in da hott sun and pulled weeds adn then i rode my bike around the block

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - hey everyone till dis day i have lost 38 pounds (pics coming soon)fron 6 week body make over. Its amazing the first week was hard my friend a vegitarian and she stays heathly so imma try it for two weeks my doctor said it would be so great for my heart LOL I am doing great i would really like some one who will be willing to do the veggie thing with me we can kinda help each other out BUt u have to like fish cause thats bascally what i will be eating also fruits and of course veggies and we have to try no Breads are sodas BUt candy and heathly chips we can ! LOL nno not really !

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 178 - Hey I come from a school where everyday for lunch we have something from either burger king mcdonalds etc.. I don't think theres one kid of normal weight in the school. As you can see by my weight, its definetly not normal. I carry most of my weight in my mid section. all my shirts ride up and stick out and my waist size keeps growing. Any tips? O by the way, we cant bring a lunch because it could be a bomb (public skool)

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - Breakfast: rice krispies with 1% milk and a banana, lunch- peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread, water, 100 calorie pack, cookie, Dinner- grilled chicken sandwich, water bottle. snack- cut up banana and apple in a bowl, 2 water bottles. exercise: softball in gym, 45 minute walk. INPUT ! please =]

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 165 - hey... um i was jus wonderin if some one could help me.. .like i dont have time to go to a gym and work out... and my parents cant afford those programs....i know u guys say u could run up the stairs and back done but i only live in a one floor apartment... and i cant run outside without riskin my life of gettin shot or raped..... ... im not hungry all of the time but.. when i get upset i see a comfort in food... i am 20 pounds over weight... does anyone no a quick way to lose that b4 july or maybe the middle of june?? i know its possible becuz many girls do it... but i jus need help....

Ht. 5'5 1/2, Wt. 160 - Hi everyone...ive posted a few times before and i dont seem to be getting any help ,I really need someone to plz help. Im 14 and weigh 160 pounds i know thats not verry helthy. so can anyone give me advice on how to lose 35 pounds, i will be starting high school in september and really want to shock everyone. I would not consider myself huge, i guess you could say i carry my weight well. so if anyone has any advice plz help :) thx alot - Shay

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Okay guys, we all need to stop berating ourselves about our weight. We are young, and we've got a whole life to live. If we all get depressed about eating one candy bar, that is just not good for our mental state. I am not saying you should eat candy, but completly depriving yourself of junk food is just going to make it harder for you in the long run. Love yourselves, and realize tomorrow is another day =D

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey well everyone i hope i did better today. so far i've eaten: breakfast: 1 whole wheat, fat free waffle w/peanut butter and a banana, yogurt/ snack:bag of lowfat cookies(made w/oatmeal) and yogurt/lunch:tuna kit/snack: pear and pudding/exercise: 30 min of exercise tape that inlcudes plaites and cardio. how'd i do?

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 5000000+ - Ughh latley ive been doing SO bad. Ive gained back like 7 lbs. So im going to start eating just 4 times a day (breakf, lunch, dinner and a snack) and drinking all water and working out every day for an hour and a half. my dad is pushing me to workout like today im going for an hour. Ughhh hope this works.
