Ht. 6, Wt. too much - Hi ! i haven't been here for a while. kinda depressed !! everything was going great i lost over 20 pounds and i was felling great but i gained all of that back plus more!! i need help!! how do you stay focused and how do you stay positive and not depressed!! i would really appriciate any help and im just really down! any suggestions about anything please let me know!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Is it possible to lose 25-30 pounds by the end of June and 35-40 more after that by the end of September? If so does anyone have any ideas or tips that they have had success in. If I can lose the 70 pounds in total I will weigh 190. Its not my goal but it would be a new look for back to school. Any ideas of meals and exercise...i'll try anything but a fad diet :) THANKS and please REPLY

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 155 now 145 - im really mad at myself for not sticking to my diet =( but it took me too long to loose a pathetic 10 pounds from december to mid april... so i want to be able to wear a bikini dare i say it lol this summer any adive or tips?

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - so bad news, today my boyfriend and i broke and i am sooo sad about that so my friends were taking me out to dinner to cheer me up and talk about it you know the works so we ended having a giant chocolate cake thing from outback because my other ex works there so he gave it to us for free, but anyways i ate soo much of like 600 calories or more adn now i feel helllla bad and i i am scred i will gain weight this week cause i havent been excersizing cause i am sick. it really sucks but yeah i just wanted to like "confess" anyways good luck to you guys

Well i just wanted to let you know im on my way to my goal i started out being 164 pounds and now im 148 so ive lost 16 pounds i still need to lose 18 pounds to reach my goal but in the end it will be well worthit its only took me a month and two days to lose that! but i have a problem i dont know what to do ive hit a brick wall ive basically have been maintaining what should i do to lose more?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 191 - hey guys. i'm not really losing right now. i got sidetracked a bit. not gaining though either...argh. end of the year is so stressful with finals and papers that it;s difficult to keep focused- at least i'm not stress eating anymore...

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish G :90ish. - Hey peoplez. My mom was watching Dr. Phil an I walked by and started watching it, it had a 419ish lb 14 year old and an older woman that weighed over 700 lbs and it really motivated me because I do NOT wanna end up like that being that bad I'm goin to stop saying crap and actually do something about my weight tomorrow I have a plan for tomorrow I'm goin to eat a yogurt and a banana for breakfast a peanut butter and honey sandwhich for lunch and we are having chicken wings covered in barbaque (sp??) sauce for dinner I dunno what else with it and for exercise I'm going to do 1 hour on the exercise machine and go outside an play soccer with my neices for a while... Wish me luck an good luck everybody.. :)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I've been eating like a pig lately. I have so many tests in school and I'm under so much pressure, I don't have time for myself. I have to study and do my homework all the time because sO many FINAL STATE exams are coming up! Not even exercising,I just keep feeling hungry and stuffing my face....arghh what do I doo??? I don't want to gain back the weight.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - okay, so for breaky I had 2 bowls of rice krispies (uh oh lol) no sugar tho. For a snack I had an apple. For lunch I had a slimfast shake. I havent had dinner yet. But probly a wrap! lol I didn't to do much exercise coz I'm still sore! my shins hurt, can your shins hurt from running? thanks! how'd I do so far?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 lbs. - I'm just beginning trying to lose weight and I'm really proud of myself today. i had a klondike in my hand and i was just about to unwrap it, when I realized i wanted to lose weight more than eat that ice cream. Instead, I had a glass of juice!! : )
