Ht. 5 ft 3, Wt. 125 - hello everyone let me start by introducing myself! i'm ur gurl (can't say my name) and I am on this site because I think that i can help everybody out! I used to weight like i believe over 180 pounds! no lie! and i lost all this weight in about one entire school year! i know that that may sound like a long time but it was because i made lots of mistakes and stuff but I really think htat i can help you guys out! I am new to this thing and I was wondering if you guys new my friend Marylin, she used to be like 200 pounds and now she is 130 we lost weight together and I know that we can help you guys out! marylin is so busy though so I dont think that she can really go on the computer alot well my email is myboo_918@yahoo.com! please email me and I will email you back asap! Ht. 5,9, Wt. 245 - hey i'm new to this site. i want to lose weight really bad, and wonder how many days a week and how long i should excersize to lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week. The excersizes i would do would be walking on a tredmill, using a stationary bike, and other stuff like sit-ups, push ups and jumping jacks. is loosing 2 or 3 pounds a week healthy because i want to lose some weight fast.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 163ish - Hey everyone! I'm done working out for the day. I went on my treadmill for 71 min, burnt 806 calories, and went 5 miles plus 9252 steps. lol I'm tired but it feels great! I should be losing more weight now. I lost 7 pounds in a week on slim fast without working out. Now I'm back on slim fast and working out on a treadmill 45+ min a day! This is gonna be awesome!! Ht. 5'8, Wt. start:165 now:150 - soo update 4rm this weekend..is on my fccla trip 2 galveston when i got there i decided 2 take a break 4rm my diet and not worry about it for friday and saturday..so i had everything 4rm pancakes, bugers, and french fries..oh and also i had chinese (soo fattening)..and guess wat..i only gained a half of a lb!i am soo happy..i resumed my diet 2day.. and friday and saturday was soo greatnot having 2 worry about what i eat..and i guess it helped that my friend and i always took the stairs 2 the 5th floor where our room waz on..but we only did it b cause it was faster..and we also went swlmming and walked alot..so i guess that helped..ok so well 2day i got an exercise urban hip hop dance video which should be fun 2 do and its only 30 mins..oh and last week i got a pilates video..which i havent had time 2 try yet..soo well ill give u an update later!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Okay so it's super bowl sunday and tht means junk, and i ate a lot, so i decided tomorrow i'm gonna start fresh and new also, im taking a sald tom. But is i know the dressing has like 90 fat cals. Is that bad should i not take it>?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 163ish - Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted lately but I finally got my treadmill!! This morning I went on it for 31 min., walked 4,061 steps, burnt 343 calories, and went 2.166 miles. I'm gonna go back on later and finish my last 5.939 steps so I will have walked 10,000 steps. For breakfast I had cereal and today since I'm starting my slim fast up again I'll have a shake for lunch and like a snack bar for dinner. How does this all sound?? I'm on a plato right now. Every day I'll go down to like 162 then the next day I'm like 166. So I figure if I start my slim fast up again I'll lose all this water weight and stuff. I stopped slim fast for a while and never gained it back eather and that was before we had our treadmill or anything to work out on. So I hope starting it back up will help me lose. Well plz comment. Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - I bought some of those 100 calorie packs.....yum yumm, they are so good. Well the only kind i've had is chips ahoy. They are great, and it teaches you portion control, well it makes it easier for me, cause just 2 regular chips ahoy cookies are 120 calories. Anyways, here where I am they are only 2 dollars a box with 6 packs in the box- go try them!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 125 - one of my friends did a no carb diet but added fruit and she lost 15 pounds in two months. she also walked for 20 minutes each day. im going to try this diet and see what happens.
