Start: 198 lb, Today: 267 lb - HI My parents were gone out of town so there was no one to stop me i went on an eating spree. I polished off 4 bags of family size potato chips, 3 burgers 2 orders of fries and 5 packets of jello pudding. And that was on the first day. My parents were gone for 2 weeks! Start: 177 lb, Today: 165 lb - I'm just posting this because i'm proud, and some very simple tips. At the beginning of the summer i weighed in at 177 pounds. I hated myself, i had this huge stomach, and it was just awful. Well over the summer i decided i wanted to try to lose weight, so i just didn't eat as much. It's all about self control. Usually i gain 10 to 20 pounds over summer, that's because when i'm bored i would just eat. Well this summer i just would go do something else if i was bored, and not snack. I just weighed myself today, expecting to see 180 or something, but to my delight i saw 165! I lost 12 pounds this summer! Self control is the key.

Uhg... I just ate so much my stomach hurts! I don't understand how I can eat so much, I don't feel hungery and there is no good food in the house but I just feel bored or just feel like eating so I stuff my face (with food I don't even like) so much my stomach hurts I can just feel it stretching. If someone has tips to like avoid the kitchen or something, I don't know... I know brushing my teeth helps sometimes but usually I just head towards the kitchen.

Now it is out of control. i hate what i look like & so i just eat whatever cuz its a horrible sight what i see in the mirror. I don't know if any of you gave seen the America's top model show with Tyra Banks or not... but I watched it and it made me feel so bad, the models are so thin and the people kept complemting the skinniest one and some of the other girls were told to lose weight in the thighs or what ever. So I was wondering- Guys- is that realy what you like in girls (bottom 3-4% for weight like the girls in the show) and girls- when you watch stuff like that does it make you want to grab a bowl of icecream (like it does me) or does it motivate you to go run?

I need help. I'm desperate. Ive gorged at to so many fast food places in the past week and just realized all the weight i gained. Im over 250 lbs. Ive gotton so much bigger. Im ballooning up enormously. My already big stomach, thighs and love handles have been growing huge and out of control. I eat whenerver i feel like it and even when im full. I get tired whenever i get up. I need to no how to kick the bad eating habits. PLEASE HELP!

For me I put on the weight because I was in love and that guy broke my heart so I ate, you have to first deal with the problems that are hurting you, then you can start to loose weight. Ht. 5'6", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 81) - hi everyone, im 18 yrs old, 5'6, and weigh about 155lbs. im overweight & feel discusting. recently in the fall i lost alot of weight and was down to 120lbs. it was the best feeling ever!! but then everyone thought i was anorexic & my mom got really worried. she made me eat all this sick food. then i just kept eating and eating & gained all this wieght back plus more. this is the worst shape i have ever been in my life. im trying to lose weight like i did before but i don't have that drive or willpower. i need it very bad. sometimes i become depressed b/c of what i look like then i just eat more & it makes the problem worse instead of better!!! I was off my feet for 8 weeks, and its about 6 months after my surgery. i looked int he mirror and noticed i seem to be ballooning up. My clothes are getting tighter on me. I have a size 38 waist now. I noticed ive got a couple fo rolls on my stomach, which has lost all definition. my stomach has started to poke out a lot, and is very jiggly. i jiggle a lot whne i walk, and get out of breath just by jogging up stair, which seems outnof the ordinary for me. My love handles are growing as well, and i look in the mirror and see a very portly person. I was so excited, but the problem was, I didn't have anything to entertain me during the day, so I sat around watching television and of course, eating. Every year since then I have had an over weight problem, but now I am 6'0 ft tall, and I way 200 lbs! People always tell me it is because of my height, but even with my height I should only weight 117-175 lbs. I'm 25 lbs over NORMAL weight, and my weight lose goal is to lose 45lbs by August 18th, the first day of school. I am literally a walking dictionary on "HOW" to lose weight, the problem is I can't find the motivation to help me accomplish my goals. Ht. 5'1", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I am 5'1 155 lbs. My doctor put me on a 1300 calorie diet. I follow it sometimes. Yesterday at my g-mas house. She had a BIG bag of M&M's on the TV. Every one was in the kitchen and I started eating them. I had eaten 1/2 a bag by the time we left. I sneak food when my mom is asleep and when my mom goes to the store I start eating. I need help to figure out how I should stop doing this. Please!!! Ht. 5'2", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys. Just recently, I've realised that I am overweight and my eating habits are really unhealthy. For days, I'll go on without eating much food, but drinking lots, and then I'll binge with coke and lots of sweets and fattening foods. At the beginning of high school I think that a lot of that shock and stuff has made me gain weight as i turn to comfort food.. I've always been in the 110-120 lbs zone. It probably doesn't hurt that there are an unlimited amount of candy machines and fatty foods at lunch! I'm on this site to break this habit and make an improvement. At the moment, I'm 5'2" and I weigh 155lbs.. but this changes.. and my goal weight is at least 130 lbs... does that sound healthy? I have been trying to lose weight.I weight 150 and 4'9 (i no short)its scary becus i am almost 200 pounds and 200 pounds is making my head dizzy.and my brother weights 95 and in 10 grade ya i know that is too little.I mean ilove Hot Cheetos and cant stop eating them.So i will start a diet plan.to eat fruit and drink plenty of water and wake up at 6 in the morning and run run a lap and do 20 sit-ups and push-ups at night time and if anyone says Do u want some thing to eat (fatty food)i will learn to say No.
