Ht. 5'2", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 120 lb - I'm Sydney. I am 145 pounds. I feel really depresed. I was never very skinny but I was never this heavy. Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 182 lb - Hi everyone I've been on this site pretty much every year sense I was 12 and I've lost and I've gained and lost and gained and honestly next year around this time I'll be getting ready to go to college and I haven't had a boyfriend that lasted more then a month or two yet, I don't have any confidence and I'm rather fat. I weighed my self last week and I weighed 219 I thought dang I haven't weighed that sense I was 13 so I worked hard and lost 7 pounds but I don't want to stop there I want to go to prom, I want to do my make up and hair and actually feel pretty, I want to love my self so I can be loved by others and I want to lose weight so here we go again I'm going to try and lose 1.5 pounds every week until the end of may which should bring me to 182 which some people would say uhm yeah that's still fat but I don't think it is I've never been that small and that's what I'm going for 182 days from tomorrow I'm going to be 182 pounds and look hot :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I feel terrible. I've been overweight my entire life, and I feel worse now than I ever have. I try so hard to cover up how insecure I am--I dress in style and never leave home without hair and makeup done. I avoid confronting my weight infront of people as much as I possibly can. I want to be healthy and I want to get past all this, but I'm embarrassed to even try. I used to go to the gym, but I was afraid people would look at me and think "What is that fatty doing?" I get so depressed over the way I look. I feel like no one will ever accept me, that no guy will ever want me, and that I should be ashamed of myself for even existing. I just want this constant self-hatred to stop. I want to feel okay. I'm a size 24 right now, and I want to be at least a 16 by prom time. Like that'll happen.

I'm the second biggest one of all my friends, and i fell so huge when I stand next to all my size 0 friends. I weigh more then all my guy friends. Some days I just want to leave, and have it all be over. But then I realized I need help, so I was wondering if any of you had words of advice that could help me. I want to start looking beautiful and not having to feel bad about myself all the time.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Okay, recently i've been to the doctor and i've been diagnosed with something that could contribute to the fact that it's very difficult for me to lose weight. I was both relieved ad irritated hearing this. I felt like, for once, it wasn't my fault i'm bigger. but at the same time, i felt like it wasn't fair that it's so difficult for me. Anyway, the doctors say i'm very healthy in my condition but they want to keep an eye on me so it stays that way. I want to make it easier on them and myself by truly trying to lose weight to benefit my health. I'm on my school's dance team, so during the week i work out at least 30 minutes from doing technique. But, it isn't quite enough. I was wondering what other people do to workout. I need new ideas. I can run, sure, but i want it to be more creative than that. What happens when i get sick of running? I'll want to stop and i'd lose all the progress i made. So, what else could i do to workout? much appreciated! :)

I am a girl wrestler, but all the people i wrestle with are guys, so i have to be really strong. Still, not all my extra weight is muscle. I would like to lose a little over twenty pounds. I don't look bad, I look good in bikini's and tight shirts and all, but I'd just feel better about myself - and would be able to be a more successful athlete if I lost some weight. Ht. 5'3", Start: 232 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - well hello my starting weight was 232 pounds about lets say a year ago... i actually got all the way to 195 but now im back up well my june my goal is lets say uhhm 160 and i know what to do i have gym mon-thursday and i go to ZumbA On mondays and wensdays other days i do say 50+ sit ups i write all my food down too so its just a matter of sticking to it. EVerythings possible you just got to believe. my goal size is a size 7 im currently a 11/13 i want to make my ex boyfriend see what hes missing ive been in love with him 4 3 yearrs weve dated on and off but now hes really maken me mad when we broke up i gained 20 pounds. so now im gunna go all the way down to 160 by june, ill show everyone who ever called me fat. Ill show them all because i did it before and ill do it again. Any tips are welcome, anyone who wants to talk ask for my myspace or facebook. okay lol im out.

Being this obese sucks. I can do what my friends do just not with ease. It's takes lots of effort to do just about anything, walk, jog, walk up stairs. I get embarrassed a lot not just when I'm in public but even when I'm at home or with family. The other day my mom took me to the mall to Christmas shop with her & only after about 15 minutes I was very tired from walking.Clothes are hard to find. I can't wear cute clothes like my friends because of my size. I carry a lot of my weight in my belly so shirts ride up when ever o do anything. I wear a lot of sweats because they fit good & when I wear jeans its very uncomfortable because we can't find any big enough they are also difficult for me to button & zip them up & need help from my mom sometimes. On thanksgiving we went to my aunts house & I sat inside on the couch the entire time because none of her chairs were wide enough. I go back for at least 2nds at every meal I have, a lot of the times I even go back for 3rds. I snack a lot to. All of this as to stop bit o don't know were to stop, could some of you give me advice.
