Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 195.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys just wanted to say... I have lost 3 more pounds... I hit kind of a plateau but I am off now pretty much... my evening weight was 197 so I will probobly be down to 195 by tomrrow!! That is 13 pounds gonnee! WHen I hit 15 I get to dye my hair.. lol... I am deceiding to lose weight because I am going into high school soon and I want it to be the best years of my lifee! Good luck to all and advice would be great!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 208 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I so excited i lost 6 pounds, i know its not alot but its so happy when i stood on the scale and read my weight. i have been eating real healthy and trying to get ssome exercises too.the only bad thing is im still real fat in my stomach, so i get real embarassed because it bounces up and down when i try to exercise or when i see myself in a window or something.i go for a walk and the other kids yell that im fat,but i try to just not hear them. i cant wait untill i weigh under 200 pounds!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day 5: Woke up at 7:00 went for a 5 mile walk drank a fruit pouch thingy that is all natural fruit blended, kinda like baby food, it had mango, banana, and orange. Havent eaten breakfast really i a going to eat oatmeal with walnuts, then drink some water, unsure about lunch, any ideas for a healthy lunch, i would be happy to take ideas. Kaptin_Kimmy

Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day 2: so today i have done pretty good, i walked to our river and played in the water for a little bit, and i have only eaten a banana that doesn't sound like much but i wake up kinda early i am also drink lots of water, and i am going to do laundry and clean some public restrooms which takes a lot of work, also i am trying to think of something healthy to eat for lunch, any ideas would be great

Even as a baby I was chubbier than every one else. Now as a teenager I am still bigger then my family and my friends. They all say they love me just the way I am. That make me hapy but for only a little while...I use to be disgusted with my self and never really told any one. I want to be able to into a store and not feel to fat. I want to be a healthy girl. Whose family, when they think she is not listen, talk about what will happen when she get diabetes...I want to look good but also feel good inside. I love myself but it never seems enough to make me want to loss weight. I've lost some pounds that always happen before I give up. This time though is going to be different. I want to be happy even if i'm not as skinny as my friends or family. I just want to be healthy and feel beautiful. I know this is a long road for me to conquer but I will conquer it! <3 Ricky =)

I have a huge field i can work out in, i am going to do some gymnastics training, well to the best of my ability, i just absolutly have to change because i dont wanna be someone to die because i was to fat to move. that just isnt for me, so if you have any tips that might help that would be great, any exercise ideas without equipment would be wonderful also. thanks captain kimmy

This year it was so hard for me to find clothes that i felt bad about myself especially because i have been trying to lose weight. I do situps everyday and go for a walk and i've only lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I have been chubby since like the third grade and i hate it. Especially because i'm trying to lose weight but its not working.My friends and I are always joking about my weight. Ht. 5'5", Start: 189 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - hi.. i was on here about 2 months ago.. and i started out as 189.. but over the summer i gained 15 pounds! when we are bored, we just eat and watch movies. and i cant believe a gained 15 pounds in less than 2 months! i cant fit into anything i used to be able to a month ago! im going to school and i wanted to look good, but now im just gaining weight like crazy.. running is out of the pcture because of my knees, and my belly gets in the way when i try to do sit ups..

Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 183.5 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - So I haven't been doing so well. I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday, so I've been basically living off dairy products. I've actually lost 1.5 pounds this week. I figured if I lose 2 pounds a week I'll get to my goal weight by March...approximately. Which I find really exciting! I'm just sick of being this way. After my mouth is done being sore, and I can eat regular food again, I'm starting Weight Watchers. I just don't want to be like this anymore, and I'm ready to change. It's not that I'm uncomfortable or insecure with myself, it's just there are clothes I can't wear because of my weight. I have to shop in the plus size section. I don't like the way I look in pictures. I hate my stretch marks. I just want to be skinny so I can hopefully enjoy this year and be skinny for senior year.
