Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Well I started dieting 3 weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds... I still have 69 pounds to go but I am excited to do it.. I eat a healthy diet each day... and I exercise for 30 minutes to an hour a day... I will get on here later to tell all of you how its going........wish me luck and good luck to all of you! (:

Ht. 5'1", Start: 215 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - hiii okay my name is anna and ive struggled with my weight ever since i was about 7, ive gone on every diet possible since i was 8, then i realized DIETS DO NOT WORK! tyou have to make LIFE CHANGES for anything to work, i learned that you dont have to give up any food and no food is really bad for you as long as you have it in moderation!! so i started my new healthy lifestyle a few weeks ago, which was just eating healthier with a few snacks here and there cause if you give them up and then after youre done dieting you eat them again youll gain back all the weight plus more so it makes no sense to just give up certain foods just have a little bit of them! and so ive lost some weight but i gotta keep going and luckily by brother is helping me which is great and i lose modivation sometimes but i think we all just have to keep going and make it fun =] well good luck to everyone! xoxo

Ht. 5'2", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I have a goal. I'm on my high school's drill team and i'd really like to be near my goal weight by April for our spring show. I want to do my last spring show to the best of my abilities. Personally, I feel like I'd be better if I did lose the weight. I mean, i'm good now, but i think i could do them better. Get more height on my leaps, kick longer without being as tired. Those kinds of things. Not to mention, I think reaching my goal weight is a great way to graduate high school with. Like I'm going on to the next phase of my life. Anyways, I was wonder what I could do to reach my goal weight. What's best for me to eat, exercise, motivation to keep going, anything helps. Thanks!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 253 lb - im almost close to reaching my goal of losing ten pounds this month ! 2 more to go = ) im soooo happy...i put on 13 pounds this summer and i didnt relize it until the end of this summer but in a week i loss 9 pounds ! all i did was eat less and exercise more

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 110 lb - So i've documented my diets on this site a while ago, but of course, i stopped because i stopped dieting. THANKFULLY i haven't gained anything. i've stayed the same weight. but i worked out today, and ate pretty well so that's good. i'm hoping to come on here every so often with changes in my weight! i need to keep strong, and so do all of you! stay on top of your game. we can all do it :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Hi, I've been on vacation at my grandparents and I've gained whopping 18 lbs! I've been chubby before with a little belly, but now I've gotten fat! When I came home, my mother cried when she saw me. She always tries to restrict my food. She tries to make me diet. But at my grandparents I just indulged in food, there was no restriction. My grandma was happy when I ate with appetite. She didn't say anything to my fat belly. Now I'm back at home and everything is awful. My mom won't give me any food except vegetables and water. I feel that I'm too fat, that's right, but I want to eat some good food.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I've gained all 17 pounds I lost back plus a few more. Itakes me sad to see the scale so I avoid the whole situation by eating. I don't want to gain anymore. So I am starting my diet today. and to start it off I have a family party tonight which will be the ultimate beginning test for me to see how much self control I have. I'm hoping for the best. My mom bought a badminton set yesterday and I fully intend on putting it to use. I gotta go, we are cleaning out our storage room...I guess lifting and moving all that stuff is good exercise.... Well bye! Wish me luck!

When I was 11 I lost 52 lbs and weighed 124 lbs, I gained it all and then some back as you can see. :( I want to change myself and be comfortable with myself, to be able to wear those cute clothes again but most importantly to be HEALTHY!
