I hate it!!!I hate my belly, its so big and it sticks out, and even was asked if im expecting a baby in front of my parents. i was so embarassed! i try to eat healthy, but sometimes i just have a really big appetite and if i exercise, it gets really hard because my belly jiggles alot, or it bounces up and down if i run and its too big to do situps. i cant do pushups, but my belly is already on the floor if i try. i get teased at school and by my brother and sisters. i hate being so fat!

I still have a fat tummy, and my thighs still need work. I'm going to keep this up so I can lose the last 11 or so pounds!

I dance everynight. I am a very active person. I just did a lot of swimming and walking this weekend. And then I danced tonight. But it's like no matter what I do, I can't get of the the 180's(which is the lowest I have ever been). I just need help. And I want to be healthy. You see my dream is to be an actress/singer thing. I have always been comfortable with my body, and i live on the beach and im always in a suit, and have felt okay with the way i looked.. until, i realized how extremely overweight i actuallly am. my doctor told me i had to lose weight, and thts when i started seeing it.. i used to be skinny, and my weight got worse and worse each year, but i never really noticed. i tried to put on last years jeans and i cant do it. i guess i need to lose weight. but i honestly, dont think i need to. because i feel fine with the way i am. i ll ust get bigger clothes.. can someone give me adive to get motivated?
