Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 115 lb - Current Weight: 128.7 pounds. Yeah I gained about 3 pounds again, however, it was because I was in and out of the er with my father who was terribly sick this month. But nonetheless I am back on track and hoping to do detox throughout the week with lemonade to clean my system every morning. Anyhow, I was wondering how long does it take to fully tone? I was hoping to lose as much fat weight, till I'm 120 pounds, and then start intense toning regimes during July and August. I was wondering is that enough time to get toned?

Im a much more stable person now but im sick of being the fat girl and i really want to lose weight. I luv my friends and they are beautiful and skinny, but when they critique themselves i look at myself and i want to cry. When i listen to my friends say how they dont think they are pretty and guys will never like them because they arent beautiful it makes me feel completely worthless. I never talk to my friends about me weight loss wishes because they would never understand what i feel like. I listen to what people say about the other big kids and i know they probally say that about me when i walk away. I know that i will probally never have a boyfriend atleast not in highschool because the only thing that matters is looks. They will never take the time to get to know me because im not the beautiful skinney girl that they want. I can honestly say with no doubt in my mind that i hate the way i look and i dont really love myslef. Im now 15. I am 5'5 and about 250 pounds. I want to lose weight so i can be more confident and less self-conscience. I want to start running this summer so i can get in shape, and learn to like myself again. Any advice or someone who is looking for a weight loss buddy count me in. (view less)

Ht. 5'11", Start: 178 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 170 lb - omg i'm really happy that i didn't gain. yesterday we went to an amusement park for graduation and i ate a lot of junk food. i had a coke (it was huge), pizza, candy, cotton candy and i didn't gain! XD well anyways it's summer for me and by the end i wanna be 145. my next goal is for my birthday which is in about 3 weeks. i wanna weigh 165-167 which is a 5-7 pound loss. i'm really excited :) hope you guys are doing well!! ;)

Ive already been to the pool alot to exercise somewhat. Today imma start running. What else can I do? I dont drink soda, maybe one cup a day or twice a week. dont eat anything super sugary. any tips or advice? let me know thankss

Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 140 lb - So, last week was fine, for me. My diet was very healthy all week, and i lost a few pounds, takling me down from 160-155 around. But this week, i have so much less motivation. It's like, i just want to eat in peace =P Today was slightly better...Ah well, tomorrow's another day..

I find exercise really does suppress my hunger, so if you find yourself hungry all of the time, try some running. :D My goal for this month is to be 155 by the last day of June.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 220 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I'm only 9 pounds away from my "goal", although that goal seems kind of pointless now. I was just looking at the BMI chart and apparently I have to be down to 130. That's seems so far away! I've lost 61 pounds, and will have lost 70 when I reach my "goal" and I'm proud of that... it's just that it doesn't feel like enough sometimes. Like last night, I had a sleep over and all of my friends are tiny... I felt so different. When we went swimming I was the only one not wearing a two piece. I don't know... maybe I should just suck it up and be greatful. I'll keep working.

Just because friends tell me I'm not, all the other people have no problem letting me know. I want that to stop. I want to be able to fit pretty clothes, but I just can't lose weight.
