Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - MY LEGS HURT SO BADLY...i finished a 10 min cardio workout for the first time yesterday and today when i woke up i can barely walk my legs hurt sooooo badly ugh...its right above my knee but it is not my KNEE...i was walking around school today looking like a old lady lol...but (to a extent)...idk have this happened to any of you guys when you first started exercising?????? comment plzz

Jocelyn; I made a post not long ago about the same question you asked me. I know its really tough losing weight when attending college. There are so many bad influences around you, whether it's your friends or the temptations of all the food courts on campus. When I started school I was 158 (three months prior I was 181) and in 4 months into school I just gave up and gained all the way up to 169. :( I saw this as a reality check! I was on a campus with beautiful girls with nice figures and I was the chubby girl eating twice as much as them when in reality I shouldn't even be inside that food court for the sake of my weight loss!! But of course I gave into all my friends nagging me. Just remember that your friends are indifferent to your weight loss because they aren't in this situation!! I learned this the hard way! Ht. 5'4", Start: 233 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - OH MY GOD. its been a week and last sunday i had my mom weigh me and i was 233 now im 225. I know its all water weight but 8 pounds!!! All the crap i put myself threw this week really did pay off! Wow i can't belive this. Dosn't it seem a little unhealthy tho? My mom has worked in the medical feild for about 27 years now and she said that i lost that much because it is water weight and the type of body i have im gonna loose weight faster and then slower...so i guess we just have to see untill next week :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - ughhh its almost week 2 and im not feeling really good about week 1...there are some good things and some bad things like the BAD things are.1)by the 3rd day i stopped writing down the things i ate 2)i'v been off track with my sleep so right afer school il go to sleep and not wake up until after 7 and il be really hungry ughh sooo il eat lol 3)i think i am really unfit cuz doing exercise is really hard for me and it takes me a long time to catch my breath....the GOOD things are 1)i ate a healthy breakfast of oatmeal every morning 2)i took my vitamins every morning and my face cleared up like crazy yay 3)i did attempt to do exercise when ever i could 4)i discovered i could fit a size 18 pants but i dont think i lost any weight = ( BUT im still happy = )...this week was mostly about eating right and i think i kinda did it.. week 2 is about exercising i think i can do it!!!!! comment please!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 190 lb - Tomorrow is my 5 month anniversary of weightless without stopping and I was going to weigh myself then but I had to do it this morning because I have stuff to do tomorrow so I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 31 POUNDS,-4 this week and I broke Onderland ahuh that right hello 100s I've missed you for the past like 5 years. To celebrate I'm going to get my nails done for the first time I'm kind of nervous about it but I'm going to reward myself for this on.

My sisters getting married this summeer and shes trying to loose weight also. So me and her are haveing a contest to see who can loose more weight by June 11th...im hope to loose at least 20 pounds by then. On monday me and my dad went for a 2 mile speedwalk, and it kicked my butt lol, we also ordered a wii fit offline so i can do something in the morning with out haveing to go outside and not haveing to sweat as much in the morning. Honstley tho about an hour ago i went on a small binge but im about to go back outside and ride by bike around some and maybe take a slow brisk walk, i hope you are all doing well, and i know you can do it :)

However, this site will not allow me to post my new weight and asked me to go and post my success story because this site is only for overweight kids. I will still post on this site because I have been here FOR 2 YEARS! I will not post my success story till I am completely satisfied. Anyhow, I can't believe I am finally in my 130s. :D Now I have 17.8 pounds to finally get down to 120 by August 1st, however, I would like to get there before then. =] I was also hoping to be 135 by May 1st. Thats 3 pounds >.< .... so we'll just have to wait and see if thats doable. =]
P.S. What keeps YOU guys motivated?
Me? Simply throwing out all of my baggy clothes (believe it or not but all of my clothes are 2x bigger than me lol) and going on a shopping spree for my new figure. And most of all... seeing the looks on everyone who said "you will always be fat". BAM! lol

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 201 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 199 lb - Hey everyone so just alittle update I hadn't put my weigh in up well honestly because I was having a break down about some stupid guy I'm over it, so this weeks weight is 201 that's right folks a pound down :). My goal last week was 4 miles everyday and not to eat after 7 Good news: I did 4 miles everyday all 7 yeah. Bad news: some days I forgot and ate at like 7:30 or 8. But good or bad some weights gone.
Oh okay so for those of you have a sparkteen account (I LOVE LOVE LOVE SPARKTEEN) I do a weekly blog that a bit more in depth in my weight lose and brake downs lol

Ht. 5'3", Start: 184 lb, Today: 179 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 110 lb - ugh, it is seriously so hard to lose weight. I was so good for like 1-2 weeks, and then i went to my ITALIAN mothers house, and ate a lot and feel bad about it now. it's like i'm addicted, and i really don't want to be. she always has so much food, and it's so hard to ignore it! and then i got lazy and i haven't worked out in a couple days. i've been pretty upset about a lot of personally things. i really think it's my weight that's making me feel so down. i mean, i am so mean. and i have NEVER been mean like this, ever. i know it's not an instant thing, but i want to start a healthy diet NOW. so that i don't keep putting it off and wasting more time. i'm EXTREMELY lucky though because i didn't gain any of the weight back. but does any one have any pointers for me? anything they do when they get a craving, or feel like giving up.. or just feeling lazy, and end up not doing anything? any advice would help :) thanks.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - omg you guys eating healthy feels sooooooo good i cant even believe it the morning i had 1/3 bunch of grapes which equals 103 calories then i had some strawberry yoplait yogurt yumm which was 100 calories and a slice of fresh cut pineapple 40 calories which in all equal 243 which is great because every mean i need to eat no more than 300 cals day 2 might just be my day yay!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - ok day one is over and from the looks of it..its gonna be hard lol..i didnt eat after 9:00 lol well im going to get to 7:00 i promise ugh cant believe i did it i dont think i was hungry i just saw cake and icecream = )so i ate it lol..then i relizedd all the foods i ate was bad foods ugh..i have to do better than this..but the journal is coming in handy atleast i can tell what i was doing wrong and what i eating was bad and wasnt very good for me yay!!!i think all you guys should use a journal and write down everything you eat for a day it really works just be honest!!I CAN DO IT!! = )

And i think i might of convinced my mom to let me get a membership at the Y! but for now i got my "walk away the pounds" cd workout and i got DDR which is totally fun, so i guess ill up date u guys later cuz my computers about to die :P
