Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 174 lb - hey, i'm currently about 195lbs, back in march 2009 i started working out and eating right and i lost about 40lbs and by july, 2009 i was at my lowest, weighing 160lbs, since then i have gained pretty much all of the weight back which is very discouraging. over the last half a year or so i have been trying to eat healthy and workout regularly again but have been having a difficult time. but, now i am seriously gonna do it again bc i remember how good it felt to lose the weight the first time and how much more confident and healthy i was afterwards. wish me luck :) oh, and this is my short term goal: i want to be 174lbs by April 31. so that's about 3lbs a week, which i know is a reasonable goal for me bc that's what i did before.

But we had softball cuts and i got cut it was really un expected but the reason for me getting is really stupid.. i got cut for not being happy enough she said i was top depressed.. But any-who since then ive gained like 2.4 pounds which isn't that bad i plan on starting my diet tomorrow again... i plan on going to the park and running with my other friend thats trying to lose weight i hope to lose 35 pounds by May 31.. So Wish me luck..

Iv been doing good but today i ate CHocolate and too much ughhh my mom bought some and ughh n its like why she bought lots of it too its easter candy oo man! I workout just about everyother day ooo and i walk at least 10000 steps a day (5 miles) BUT my mom is always eaten out! :(( But o well i am trying oo i weigh in every friday!

I've been gaining and losing the same 25 pounds for about two years now, and last wednesday (3/10/10) I decided I'm gonna do this for real this time. I've been eating really clean and healthy since wednesday, and working out for 30 minutes every day! I'm so ready to do this:) I'll weigh myself every Wednesday and keep everyone updated. And I can't control my hunger. Whenever I would get hungry I would eat the cereal named Organic Bran with Psyllium and Oatman. Its the best cereal that I recommend to you guys! It has loads of Fiber, 13gram a bowl. :) But I really want a trick that will suppress my hunger. Maybe a shake? What type? Any tips would help! thanks!

I was looking through some of my old posts and LAUGHING OUT LOUD at them. I've been coming to this site since I was 12 years old. That's almost 5 years! It's funny to see all the stuff I used to talk about from when I was that age. Sadly, I STILL haven't lost weight. I'm about the same as I was in September. I'm really REALLY going to try this time. If anyone wants to talk, you should reply to this! It seems like nobody ever gets on here anymore.

My upper body is nice and slim, but when you get down to my legs and such it looks like I havn't lost a thing! Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas on how to loose the jiggly leg syndrome?
