Ht. 5'6", Start: 271 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Does anyone else feel awful after working out? I know it's supposed to put you in a good mood, but I just end up cranky, sad, and feeling absolutely horrible about myself. Does anyone know why?

I've joined a slimming group and have stuck to the diet for 2 days, which doesn't sound like much but it's an achievement for me! I've found it helps a lot to have something quick to grab just for when you feel like nibbling on something, so I like to keep some grilled chicken chopped into bite size pieces in the fridge :) it just helps to know that I can have the food if I want it, rather than trying to totally restrict myself, so try it! Ht. 5'10", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - New Year. New Life. My best friend and I are each others weight loss buddies. She is the exact same height and weight as me so it's kind of neat. We've cut out all sweets from our diets, and we're going to start working out together and keep the other encouraged. I think it'll be really fun! We're planning on losing 1.5-2 pounds a week. We've also created charts to keep track of our calorie intake and burn. I'm going to post weekly updates on here for you guys if you're interested in our progress! Best of luck to all of you.

When I reach that goal, then I will buy myself new headphones (which I need because I can only hear out of one ear on the ones I have now). Im going to drink a cup of water before and after every meal ( thats going to be hard because I hate water). And I'm going to exercise for at least an hour a day. And I need to go out and buy fruits.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 285 lb, Today: 271 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I weighed myself today and I am 271 lbs now! Im happy..i lost almost 15 lbs since December 15th!! I am starting to eat healthier and drink way more water than I was before. Christmas day I drank pop only once, and on Saturday I didnt eat at all...I know thats not a good way to lose weight but I had to try it at least. Im gonna continue eating healthy and drinking less pop..!

I keep watching inspirational tv shows, and they really work and some of them are now my favorite shows. for anyone that needs help, i recommend looking at some shows that will help you (DON'T WATCH THE BIGGEST LOSER. its unrealistic).
