Ht. 5'0", Start: 220 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys! I'm so scared about this holiday season. I've done so well, I've lost almost 30 pounds since the end of July! I definetly don't want to gain it all back over fruit cakes! Haha. I've got to keep working cause I want to have reached my goal by the end of school when th 8th grade goes on a big field trip at my school! I want to be able to not feel embarassed about myself by then!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 175 lb - So I have hit an all-time high of 200 pounds (w/ cloths on). And I have set a new goal for myself. My junior prom. I want to lose 25 by prom which is April 26 (give or take a few days), which also happens to be my birthday. Do you think thats doable? about 4 months? I have a dress that I love and want to try on. It already comes in my size but i want to fit into a smaller size. XDDD Comment and tell me what you think please!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 127 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 105 lb - Oh no! I didn't do that good 2day... Since it was the last day of school before Christmas break, we had a whole lot of treats! I think I had a candy cane, a sugar cookie (they're small, though), a small chocolate doughnut (sigh), and half of a slice of Dominoe's pizza. I did have skim milk insead of chocolate milk though... Oh well, mistakes happen. I just hope that 120 is my highest weight range by Christmas. Well, now that school's out (yay!), I'll have more time to exercise and hopefully control myself... We're going Christmas tree hunting 2morrow so that might get me energized! I hope you guys are great and feeeeelin good and doing better than I am! Wish me luck, good luck, AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - YUP its official i'm a weaklin!! i can't believe i lost 25 pounds over the summer from june to august and ever since school started i have just been screwing up from time to time again.. i keep telling myself i will do better tomorrow. or i'll start on a clean slate NEXT monday. i dont even know what to do.. the college experience, the going out, and the excess fast food on campus.. i mean it really took a toll on me!!! i really neeed help!!! get me back on track!!! i want to lose 15 pounds by january 20th which is the new semester!!!!!! i really need to start sooon!! i'm here typing this out 12am stuffing myself and cramping in all my courses.. god i hate finals week!! but i shouldnt find this as an excuse to sneak in starbucks, sweets, and fast foods.. i really need to get back on track.. now that i look back at it i coulda lost 20 pounds and i wouldnt have to dwell on it! time flys by... Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 272 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Hi folks, I'm totally disappointed and frustrated. The last weeks I've been eating like mad. Burgers, pizzas, fries, sweets - that kind of food. I've gained 20 lbs more. I never thought I would get that fat!!! I really feel the weight, it's difficult to walk, take stairs, bend over and so. I'm afraid I can't stop this weight gain. And christmas is still ahead! How much will I weigh after the holidays???? Anyone here who can relate to me?
