Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 130 lb - So today im officaly starting my plan. More of a work out thing rather than being on a diet. I can never stick to a diet. So my goal is to workout 2-3 times a week and avoid soda and anything too bad. I hope i see some results! Any good tips or advice? Thanks :)

Ht. 5'0", Start: 260 lb, Today: 305 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Tomorrow is FINALly Thanksgiving! My stomach has been GRUMBLEing for a WEEK from thinking about it! Today I could barely concentrate at school because of the CRAVEing for THANKSgiving dinner. I know I'll OVEReat but I can't help it! The LONGer I wait when I get a craveing the MORE I eat and I've been WAITing a whole WEEK!! All that food will make me gain WEIGHT and I know THAT but I still can't REsist! Being SO heavy is very UNcomfortable and its so hard to MOVE and BREATHE but that DOESN't stop my CRAVEings! I hate CRAVEings!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I've lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ....I don't know how though...I haven't been exercising. I've drunk alot of water and I've turned down candy and unncessary desserts for 2 weeks but that's about it..and I taken a little less food at the table and I've been eating apples like mad which help fill me up...But this makes me happy :)!!!!!!!!!!! I have started Jillian Michael's workout Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and it is very intense. But worth it. The aerobics are phenomenal and doing 3 days (only half of the workout) one week I lost a pound. It's wonderful, you should try it! My goal is to lose 6 more pounds by the middle of December with this workout. Or maybe more. Who knows? ;] Keep up the great work, everyone! :D

My family already eats really healthy, but nothing's changed besides a little eight gain. My parents think that I'm a "normal size" and I'm "too young" to lose weight. I've actually had some mental breakdowns at times in my life, which made me feel MISERABLE!! I HATE it when people make fun of me! And at school, everyone wears skinny jeans, and I just can't! I feel horrible. Plus, all the girls are lifting eachother up into the air, but not me! They know for a fact that I'd crush them. :( I dunno... I really wanna be healthy, but I'm not confident that it's gonna work. Like I said earlier, I already eat really healthy... How can I change my lifestyle in order to lose weight? I bought a yoga ds game and I'm using it 1/2 hour a day, but I don't know if that's working. I read that it's really helps to jump rope for 10 minutes...
