Ht. 5'10", Start: 167 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 160 lb - ughh i feel really annoyed becuz weight loss is hard, especially if you don't have motivation. i have an exercise plan that i do but it's just that i don't have any motivation. but before when i did exercise i wasn't motivated until the first week i did exercise . is that how any of you guys feel? sorry i know it's a complicated question.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI: 33), Goal: 130 lb - 18 pounds down! I didn't exersize/diet for two weeks, so i gained/stayed the same- but the first week I went back to the gym for 4 days and ate well, I started dropping weight again! I want to be 20lbs down by mid-next week, and under 200 by November! Keep working hard people! And exercise is key! I lose so much more weight when i exercise!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 219 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Okay,well I stopped dieting for like a month,and now im starting over again.When I started this,almost a year ago,I was 272 and scared of how much bigger I would get.So I started eating salads alot,from october 25th until december 25th.I lost around 20 pounds from that,but then I stopped dieting until somewhere around april 5th or 6th.Then I started really strictly,no meat,no bread,no fish,no eggs,no added salt,nothing to drink except water,and i didnt exercise.Well that lasted until june,and when july came I allowed fish,but took away potatoes.I stuck to that until august when school started,because I was on a plateau,and I was stressed from school I just gave up,I ate whatever I wanted and drank whatever I wanted,until now.Im starting over,AGAIN.Well im not sure which diet I want to do this time,maybe the vegetarian one again?Idk.Thanks for reading,and please reply(:

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 160.8 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - OH MY GOD!! i dont know what to doooo! school stress is realllllly taking a toll on me! i went down to 156 pounds and then i gained up to 158.8 then i knew something had to be done and i tried to lose all the weight i gained within that week but i ended up gaining up to 160. i gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks.. i hardly exercised this month and didnt lose but GAINED! i am sooooo determined i need to lose this weight ASAP! im so focused! i also wanted to ask about the GREEN TEA FAT BURNER. i wanted to start it tomorrow. it seems really cool its just like the green tea you drink but this not only helps you with the fiber dosages but its also a fat burner.. have you guys tried it? should i try it? any advice would help. thanks!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 235 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - so tomorrow is back to Medifast...i started Medifast in December and lost around 20 pounds...getting down to about 185 pounds with losing some on my own, was almost at the 50 pound mark, got off the diet and havnt been able to stick to it since. im so determined to do this for good..i had ankle surgery in july and gained all my weight back, im really hoping that i can stick to this and finally lose the 60 or 70 pounds i need to. any motivation will help..GOOD LUCK everyone!!

This is hard work, meals take more time because instead of just buying fast food at school im preparing them at home. Well its working so far but its tough. I so badly want to eat sweets, but in my head i just tell myself ill regret it later so i just stop myself. I even went to the gym, and am feeling really motivated. I hope i can reach my target goal.

I weighed about 220 when I was a sophomore in high school, but now I'm down to about 190 (haven't weighed myself in a long time, so I'm probably lower than that). Today, I ran into a girl I hadn't seen since I was 220, and she complimented me on how much better I looked. I just can't believe that I've lost over 30 pounds of fat, and I'm STILL at that stage where I can grab two large handfuls of it from my stomach. Still have a long way to go!
