Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - I'm tired of gaining and losing weight. I used to be a healthy 125 pounds and I would like to go back to that. I usually get motivated for a week or two with working out and eating healthy and then I just give up and stop. Its really hard for me to lose weight. I really need some help in figuring out the best cardio and the best eating habits to see the best results. Please feel free to put in some input. I really want to be healthy and lose weight and feel happy in my own skin.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I'm back. Although my messages got deleted. That was so frustrating to me. I mean, where do I get some support for my weight loss, if not here? I was so angry and I just ate and ate, it was so bad. I've gained again and feel so fat! I'm really frustrated. Everybody is making fun of me, I don't know how to cope with it. It seems that eating is the only way I feel good. But I have to stop that! There must be other ways to feel good, even if people are nasty. What's working for you?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 163.4 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - heyy guys! so this past week and a half i've lost about 2 pounds. not bad not bad at all lol it's hard, i work between 40-45 hours per week so theres not much time to exercise, but its still happening slowly. 4.4 more pounds and ill be able to say, for the first time that i can remember, that "I'm 150 something pounds"... ahhhhhh i can't believe it!!!!! :D i'm so happy. my boss at work commented today on how i look as though i've lost weight.. only like a couple pounds but hey, she noticed. that's good enough. plus at my size a couple pounds shows up as compared to my original size. its because im getting closer to my goal weight so the little things show up. i'm gonna work on losing these 3.4 pounds in the next 2 weeks and hopefully, by mid september i'll be 160lbs. Which, will make my goal of 150 by christmas definitely within my reach. :) hope everyone else is doing awesome. good luck and keep going !

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 217 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - so i'm finally losing "new" weight- and i'm only 2 lbs away from the 15lb loss mark! I'm excited! I want to lose as much as possible by the end of september- i still have my dress to fit into! Yikes! I have to go exercise now before work, but I just wanted to say that last night I was disappointed, but I stuck with it and even went for a good walk and this morning (warning! TMI ahead!) I took the biggest poo and then weighed myself and I am now 217! Yay! I know 13lbs doesn't seem like a lot, but it's been a while since I actually stuck with a healthy weight loss routine for this long! Off to do my 30 day shred!

I've done some real soul searching for the last few months and I figured out why. I haven't gotten to the point where I completely hate being fat. I'm actually quite comfortable with my body. I know I need to lose weight so I can develop healthy habits and be healthier, but I've realized I don't need to lose the weight to boost my self esteem or to give me confidence...I need to lose weight to be healthy. It's taken me all this time to realize it, but I'm glad I finally know now. I recommend you guys all do some soul searching...about school, life, friends, family, weight, self esteem, self confidence...just explore every aspect of your life, - and i promse everything will start to make more sense...I'm so glad I've taken the time to really think things through...I still feel a little bit lost, not quite sure who I am, but now that I've done a bit of soul searching, I know just a little bit about what I wanna do in this life....And I'm happier now :D

Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everyone.This last few days have been awfull.My parents just bring home pizzas and hamburgers =(.Finally I found that Mayo diet I mentoned to help me get rid of this last annoying 38 lb.And Ill be 17 next month,so finnaly I can get a gym memebership =D.I have never really had any real excersise or sports.My parents didnt let me cause they said that you are born fast and fit and that Im just not cut out for it...yeah right.Even if I dont become a famous athlete,I still have the right to excersise,right? Well I still do a 1 hour walk,but yeah,I should do more.And yeah,I can only get a gym membership if I keep up the good grades.Ill certanly try lol So yeah,good luck to everyone :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 138.8 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 115 lb - i know how i said i wanted to lose 2 pounds this week, but as of today i lost 3.2 pounds! i'm so excited. the only thing i've been doing is swimming for about an hour a day. i haven't really been watching what i eat but i'm starting to today so hopefully i'll lose more by saturday. i hope i get to 125 by vacation in october.
