Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 130 lb - wow i can't believe im almost at my goal weight it's very exciting! all of my hard work has paid off! i do have one disappointment though it seems that with my weight loss, my...um...boobs have shrunk. that was the one thing that i didn't want to get smaller! if anyone has any tips to get them back to their original size(other than to gain the weight back)i would love to hear them(or read,i guess). for those of you who are still struggling, keep at it because when you look down at the scale, or look in the mirror and see the results it makes all that you've done worth while!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 7, Today: 10 st 7 (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 7 st 10 - So today, I’ve had a bit of water, 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with a tiny bit of peanut butter on and I’ve been to the gym and done 30 minutes in total! It’s 12.46 pm so I might have something to eat in a little bit, I have no idea what though?! What would make a tasty low calorie lunch? It makes me feel so good and proud, just hope I can stick to it cos this is only the first day after all! (Note: 10 st 7 is 147 lb.)

If you can't exercise for 30 minutes, or 20...start with 5, or 2 minutes. * Break a big goal into small ones. If your goal is to lose 10 lbs, focus on losing 1 lbs every two weeks. * Post your goal where you will see it. * Tell someone your goal--parent, friend, and ask them to check in to make sure you're working on it. * Visualize yourself as if you've already achieved goal: Do this at least twice a day. * Stay away from negative people--those who think you can't achieve your goal. * Don't give up if you lose your motivation for a day or even more. No-one is perfect, not even you! Just start again and keep going--you'll do great!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everybody :) I have a question for you.The school will start soon,so will those dreadfull PE classes.And we are requiered to do a sommersault.Well,when I was little I loved doing them,but as I was getting bigger and bigger it became harder.Finally,when I was 11,my PE teacher forbided me to do sommersaults cause I could dislocate my neck,or even brake it,due to ecsess weight.So,basicly,I havent done it in 5 years.Now,finally,Im normal weight,but Im still scared to do it.Please,can you tell me,is it dangerous to do a sommersault?Can you really brake your neck and stay paralysed for rest of your life,or even die?

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 222.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - today was good...i worked 8 hours so it reallly kept my mind off food...i ran about a mile...and lifted and did abbs this morningbefore work...i ate about 1200 calories today and hopefully ill be able to see at least a little weight loss tomorrow...ive been on a fin platue for like ever and its really frustrating!
