Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 115 lb - heeeeeey! i need some help. i'm going on vacation on september 30th, and i was wondering if anyone has any tricks for losing weight quick. i know you're probably thinking that 140 isn't big at all, but it is for me. my weight goes straight to my legs and i cannot wear shorts! its terrible. i have to be thin to make my legs look good. i have less than 7 weeks til i go. HELPPPPPPPP!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 232 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I failed last night - ate waaaaay too much. If I'm together with my friends and we eat together, I lose control. Perhaps I'm envious that they can eat what they want and I have to diet. So I'm feeling totally bloated today. Fatter again. I didn't eat much today - because I still feel full. I'm trying to drink lots of water. Hope I'm doing better this weekend!

Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 160 lb - well i'm super happy that i lost weight but i'm afraid i'm getting back to my old ways. ice cream, lots of juice... but im runing 2 miles, walk 2 miles, and do a jillian michaels video for about one hour (the video is boost metabolism thing and it's 58 minutes on On demand). anyways i'm super motivated but i just hope i don't get back to my old ways. other than that, good luck with your weight loss! thanks for reading :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 231 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Today is the day of my last jeans. And even this jeans doesn't fit anymore. I've grown out of all my other jeans. I think that's awful! But I still eat too much and I'm afraid I'll be eating too much. Still no way to eat less and lose weight. I'm going to meet friends tonight, and I'm afraid I'll eat too much of everything. That's really not good. But what can I do?

P.S.-last time I posted a question it was about Whole and skimmed milk,cause I heard that wholl milk makes you fat,which kinda doesnt make sence cause everyone I know drinks wholl milk(mostly in coffe) and they come in all shapes and sizes

I could never meet my thumb and middle finger around them but now I can slightly overlap them.. anyone else found this? How's it all going?

Ok... so I know your thinking whats the big deal? The deal is that everyone is wearing the same thing and it looks better on everyone than on me! I mean you see these thin fit girls standing next to me looking amazng and wearing the same thing as me! IT makes me look worse! I really want to loose some wait about 40 lbs. My parents won't let me start any sports right now and volleyball doesn't start til september. I need some things to do outside that are really helpful! I dpn't want to walk or run... thats really boring. Anything fun?!

And felt great! But yesterday I started again to binge. I'm so full now. And frustrated again. I feel like I can never lose that weight. Anybody feels like me?
