Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 222.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - 2 weeks left...i have been at a platue so im not tryin to lose 20 pounds in that amount of time anymore...if i make it down to 210 i would be more than happpy!! lets see just got done lifting and running...and i think i might go for another mile run or soo in a little bit because i feel like it really clears my mind...its basically like my new favorite thing to do...god i didnt think i would ever say that...annnyways i had some blueberrys for breakfast and special k protein water because of the lifting i need more protein...i also read in a mag that blueberries help with burning belly fat so well see if thats going to work...i have no idea what im going to do for the rest of the day but tomorrow im going shopping try on some new clothes....for school im super excited...well thats all for today im trying to get back on track with life and my weight loss...hopefully everyone is doing better than me...

Ht. 5'6", Start: 11 st 3, Today: 11 st 3 (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 10 st 0 - i start my last year in high school in roughly a month + i want to lose weight by then because i am just realy unhappy with my figure but i want to be able to lose weight + keep it off not put it back on a few weeks later. I know the basics of losing weight but id like to have advice on like the types of meals + times of eating + perhaps how long it has taken people roughly my size to hit their goal. x  (Note: 11 st 3 is 157 lb.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 200 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - ok, so i offically gained like 5 to 7 pounds in two moths... school starts tommorrow and so does my diet. i plan and pray to lose like 56 pounds from now till my birthday in march. I hope this is attainable, and with God's help i know i can do it.. i also need advice though, please?!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 110 lb - Noooooo. I only lost .2 pounds this week... Thats saddening. But i guess its ok. My summer goal was to make it to 130 or past that. And i still have two weeks to go. So i guess i'm still doing alright. I'll work harder next week i guess.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 260 lb, Today: 254 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Im sixteen and have struggled with my weight ever since I was about 5 yrs old. I started dieting when I was in the fourth grade. At first I dieted by myself and then In fifth grade my mom took me to weight watchers with her... I failed. After that My weight kept balloning. In sixth grade I got weighed in gym and was so embarassed my weight was 200 lbs. I felt lyk a failure which caused me to gain more weight. By eighth grade I was 225 lbs so I asked about going to a weightloss place. I lost 14 lbs but gained them back plus more during school wich put me at about 242 and then up and up. At the end of tenth grade I was at 264. Then my mom took me to The Metabolic Weightloss center. She heard this program catered to teens. Ht. 5'9", Start: 165 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 145 lb - so at 3 weeks of camp i lost about 3-4 pounds and then something happened when i got back.... idk if my body just hates me or what... i know i was eating a little bad and not exercising as much, but it wasn't like horrible. about a week or 2 ago i weighed myself and basically i had gained back the weight i lost at camp :/
and then today i got on the scale and it said i gained like 5 or 6 pounds!!! i have no idea how this is possible b/c i haven't been stuffing my face or anything and i've still been exercising decently... help?!

I'm trying to better myself and my parents grounded me from seeing my friends AND they said I couldn't go to the gym!!! I need to exercise before school lets back in! Now I feel like I have to starve myself to reach my goal. Even if I have to throw up when I DO eat. :( I just want to lose weight and I'm going to reach my goal no matter what.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi folks, I'm back with bad news - gained again 2 lbs. I'm getting fatter and fatter and I can't do anything against it. I've tried your good ideas, drinking water, chewing gum etc. - but I fail only after half a day. I'm afraid I'll never lose that weight but gain more. Nothing fits anymore, I'm looking ridiculous in my clothes! I'm so frustrated that I'm eating and eating... Is there anything I could do?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 186 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 130 lb - Omg so like, last year or summer or whatever, I was huuuuuge. I'm still huge but I'm thinking I'm thinner than I was. I'm so frustrated because I wanted to lose a ton of weight before school but I lost track of things and I'm still around the same weight and I've got 25 days to lose 25 lbs. so that I can weigh 130 lbs. I spent an hour on the bike at the gym and 15 minutes on the elliptical plus I lifted a little weights. I'm waking up early tomorrow to do it again. Maybe if I exercise for 2 hrs everyday (and more when I have the strength) and try to eat only ramen, bread, water, and salad then I can do it!!! Praying works too. Man, I wish I weren't such a fatty. I'm so FAT!
