Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 110 lb - I've pushed my weigh in day until 2moro. Cuz i didn't have time today. But i discovered a new type of exercise that is incredibly fun. HULA HOOPING!!! it's so much fun. i suggest everybody give it a try. don't replace your regular workout with it but add it to it. more is always better right? I can do it for like 30 minutes without getting bored, and after i'm done i wanna hula hoop some more... Lol. Its supposedly really great for toning your abs. I suggest everybody give it a try. 5.99 at toys r us. It isn't expensive and its greaaat.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 203 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 126 lb - I'm back up to 203 :( Damn, I feel so fat all the time, especially compared to my friends, most of them weigh a max of 140 lbs, being in photos with them is horrible!
On the bright side, I began a new healthy eating plan on Monday :) and luckily, for some strange reason, my appetite has decreased loadsss, so I've actually stuck to it! I'm going to weigh myself soon, I'll post when I've done it! How's everyone else doing? x

Anywho I've lost a little weight since I've been here last and I'm excited. I haven't been following a particular plan or anything but I hope to go to Weight Watchers in the fall. I really want to be 160 by the end of the summer!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 110 lb - This is a little weird, but i realized this around the beginning of summer. No matter how much i eat, i don't gain weight. I mean, I gain a few pounds after i eat, but thats the food itself. After I go to sleep, and wake up in the morning, I'm back to my usual weight. So what happened was at the beginning of summer, I had mcdonalds almost every single day for like...3 weeks straight. Plus choclate, a large dinner, a whole tub of icecream etc etc. I thought i definitely put on some weight, so i weighed myself one morning and i gained .2 pounds... Which is not even half a pound... So is my metabolism keeping up with me? or what's happening with that...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 115 lb - YAY! I weighed myself and weighed 134! That's 24 pounds! I just want to say, weight watchers is an excellent way to get started on your weight loss. Your weight will be a lot more "steady" if you lose it in a long period of time. I started in febuary, so that's kind of long. But let me tell you - I pigged out for a week straight...and I immediately dropped the weight after two days of eating regular, and a pound more. I don't think I'm quite at a healthy weight yet though.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 130 lb - YAH ME! haha. i started my weight loss a little over a month ago. and lost 13 pounds..... then i took 3 weeks off :( and gained 2 pounds and i got rid of those two pounds plus another!! so i lost a total of 3 pounds this week :) im so happy. :) now i just cant wait to get out of the 160s by the end of this month :) i hope i can do it. how is everyone doing.? i hope you guys are doing great and stay MOTIVATED.. keep your eyes set on the ideal figure you wanna be, i know its hard but keep going. :)
