Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 224.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - hey guys...so i was gonna see if anyone was interested in the workout im doin...its really good for athletes becacuse it helps with strenght and jumping (its my vball workout) so if anyone wants details give me your email adress...ive been losing weight on it...and its also getting me in amazing shape...sooo let me know if anyone is interested :D okkkay good luck everyone with their weightloss...i wanna lose 5 by sunday...its gonna be tough but i think i can do it cause i havnt lost weight in a few days and im hoping its just gonna fall off ...

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183.4 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I couldn't lose weight until I started walking an hour every day and doing some sort of cardio that made me sweat a lot at least 3 times a week.
I think I'll be able to lose the weight this time, because I always pack on the pounds over winter, but this year I'm going to a school that has 2 weight rooms that students can use for free, and a swimming pool across the street.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Please HELP!!!! hi everyone, i haven't been on here in a while but i have not been eating very well at all... i need some motivation. my mo just bought me a pair of shorts that are a size 12 and i am a size 14, the shorts fit but are a little tight. my mini goal is to lose 10 pounds before school starts August 3 so the shorts will fit better... and from then on to lose 8 pounds a month until i go to 130 or 125... i want and need to be at my weight before my 17th birthday March 1st.. what do u guys think? wish me luck.. and if u don't want to tell me over this my email adress is zacefronchica@hotmail.com or myspace me at myspace.com/minaloveszace

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - errr its been a month and a week i went down 13 pounds. and for the past 2 weeks i havent exercised and havent gained any weight.. i had bad cramps for a week and then the following week i havent ate that great and didnt exercised just cuz i didnt want to. like right now i just had ice cream . ugh i cant believe myself. im disgusted with myself. i hope i get down to 150 by sepetember 1st. do you think i can lose 18 P0UNDS BY THEN? thanks

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - I've decided I'm going to start exercising more. I've been doing 20 minutes of cardio daily but i think i'm going to start doing 45 minutes a day. Then increasing by 5 minutes every week.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I’ve decided that I’ll eat no more than 300 calories at breakfast, no more than 400 calories at lunch, no more than 500 calories at dinner, and no more than 200 calories for snacks. That will put me in at 1400 calories. And, the calories I don’t use at one meal (say, I don’t eat breakfast) I can use for a snack or for lunch or dinner. Good plan, right?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 215 lb, Today: 194 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - I'm finally down! I've been obese since I was a kid, and my doctors have always told me to work on my weight problem. My parents and I have been tracking my weight for the past 12 years, and it's always been increasing. I was past 180 pounds when I was 12! This week, my parents noticed that I looked a lot thinner (and I was surprised, considering I've given up on losing weight in the past few months since I've never lost much). We measured my belly and I'm down to 41"!! I've been at 43-44" for so long that I can't believe I'm losing weight! I haven't weighed under 200 in the past three years! :D

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 224.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - booooo for the gym being closed today....i love working out at the gym...i dont know i know i need to excersize today ...i could either go run 2 miles...or walk 2 miles...or more i guess...i just have that distance mapped out...or i could go for a bikeride i guess....ugh the gym is just so much easier...im still waiting for all this tummy fat to just go away!!! i hate that its the last place you lose...cause thats really the only place im upset with...my legs are like pure muscle and my arms are really toned...ugh stupid tummy go away !! lol

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - so i just got done working out...i ran 8 min...(1.08 miles) then elipicaled for 30 min and biked for 30 min...now i have to go work a nine hour shift...yesterday i got called off because of it being cold so i hope today isnt the same i cause i need the money (i work at a pool) anyways im gonna go fix myself a sandwhich to eat now...(its like 11 am) then ill fix one to take to work that ill eat at like 6pm and then ill prolly have one when i get home at 9am...lol i kno alot of sandwhiches lol...but theres so good...def my fav food that isnt loaded with calories...hope everyone is doing well...im seeing the weight fall off again...oh one more thing...so i read that abs sometimes give you the appearence of having more belling fat because the abbs will build under the fat...but i need to get rid of belly fat not give it the illusion i have more...any ideas besides eating right...cause i feel like i lose absolutly everywhere except for my tummy!!

Other than that, (lol) I am on day 25 of the 30 day shred. I'm sort of getting bored of it and just want it to be over...I'd like to try Biggest Loser: Cardio Max or Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism next. :-)
