Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys...so i still havnt been seeing any weightloss on the scale..but can def see it when i get ready for work...because im a lifeguard and my suit fits way better...lol anyways today i had work all day...and had a turkey sandwhich..with some cheetos because their my weakness and i allow myself to have a serving everyday with my lunch to keep me motivated and positive...then i went to the gym cause i got off early...i ran 7:15 sec...walked for about 6 min..then ran another 2 min and walked another 1 min..then i did 15 min on the bike...and i was sweating like crazy lol..i prolly looked discusting at the gym...but who cares...the end will pay off...im not there to impress anyone...for dinner i had a really big yummy salad...and some diet green tea yay for today and im def not hungry at all!! its amazing how good and alieve i feel right now...i could get used to this ...

Hmm...I’d like to see how much easier level 1 is now that I’m on level 2... :-)Also, I think I need to eat more...I've been eating between 600-1000 calories...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I just weighed myself and much to mu surprise I was 218lbs! Last Monday (June 8th) I was 225lbs, up 2lbs from my previous weigh in. I have no idea how I lost the weight. Only exercised 3 times last week and I also had my fav. chinese food, and my BF made taco salad Sat. night w/ doritos, it was loaded. I had two plates. =( I wasn't going to weigh myself because my period started yesterday so hopefully when I weigh myself next Monday I'll be down even more. I don't know. We'll see. Hope all is well w/ everyone.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys...so i just got done with a long day of work...anyways for lunch i had turkey 6 inch ...from subbwway which was amazing...and dinner i just had a big tasty salad and some chicken on top...now im going to go run a mile then walk 2 miles with one of my friends...i just want the weight to come off and its hard to stay motivated...so i just keep telling myself that eventually it will pay off...and everyone seriously it will...so if anyone else is feelin unmotivated like me...have ur motivation be how your gonna look and feel in a month...2 months...or what im saying 3 months...good luck everyone and wish me luck :D

Ht. 5'3", Start: 227 lb, Today: 222.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - OK so i have a problem....Its the summer and i like to have my friends stay alot....and like on friday i had two friends stay....we went and walked around for alil bit i say we walked around for like 3 1/2 miles....then we came back to my house an ate a bunch of junk and that way i didnt keep my calories....and i felt like crap....then on saturday we slept in till 12 and got up and they ate a bunch of crap while i just ate a brownie and ceral....then we walked with my one frined so she could go home that was 1 1/2 mile and then we came home and that as another 1 1/2 mile.... after my other friend left i ate some chips and hot pockets and stuff b/c i forgot about the diet....so i feel like crap now....

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - soo im not losing any weight...but my work hours are killing me with the working out plan!!! but it will happen soon...cause my hours are hopefully gonna switch up anyways...for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and a serving of cheetos...its my weakness but i only had a serving and it was only 130 calories so ive decided thats okay...then for dinner my mom got me a footlong at subway...and i ate half...im going to eat the other half tomorrow for lunch...so my eating calories is going good..i just really need to start running again...i havnt since wed!!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221.5 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 130 lb - oh! also- I was really craving some sort of "bad" food the other day and I made low-cal mozzarella sticks! here's what you do- get low-fat mozz sting cheese (the ones I have only have 50 cals a stick) Cut two in half (100 cals so far). dip them in 1 egg white (negligible amount of cals because you don't even use the whole egg white) and roll each half-stick in about a tbspn of bread crumbs (mine was 40 cals per 1 and 1/3 tbspn), spray the pan and sticks with some 0-cal cooking spray and bake them for a little while in the oven! Then use some spaghetti or pizza sauce for some dippinf and wallah! under 200 cals for delicious!

I hope to get down another pound and a half this week to make it a ten lb loss so that I get my 10lb nutribear for inspiration with my next shipment! I cannot wait! I still want to make my first month a 15lb month, and then, every month after that about 10lbs, So by the wedding I'm going to, I'll be 185 lbs!!! SO FRICKN" EXCITED! I just have to get my workouts regular. I've pretty much been a couch potato these last three weeks and have lost almost 9lbs, so I can just imagine how much working out every day is going to do for me. I'm thinking- strength training with free weights and speed-walking a bit a day and building up form there. I've always wanted to be able jog comfortably! What does everyone else do for exercise?
