Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Ok...so...I ate some candy today. Some? Who am I kidding? I ate about 500 calories worth. And so, I'm know I'm going to go at least 100 calories over my limit. Not too, too bad, I guess...well, not as bad as it could be. :( I need some encouragement

Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - I'm doing really bad..ive gained SOOO much weight....now I'm 41 pounds away from my goal now...41!!!!!! oh my god...i swear i feel fatter and fatter everyday just right now i ate a bag of popcorn and a pepsi..what is wrong with me? ughh I AM SO GROSS!
My stomache is like...idk...a bag of lard.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I finally started my period.I was two weeks late.Which i guess is cause of my diet.So im not gonna weigh for like a week cause i'll know i'll be like 1 or 2 pounds bigger and that will upset me so i'll just until the last few days where i lose 3 or 4 pounds water weight.
&&i know i havent been eating alot every day but its basically cause its summer and im not having alot of extra time to eat 3 meals so its usually 1 and a half so i just try to eat healthy when i can,but thats probally gonna happen all summer.sooo?idk.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - okay, soooo something weird has happened. i went from eating 1400 calories a day and feeling deprived, to suddenly eating 1100-1300 a day and feeling overstuffed and like im cheating. i know in my mind that im definitely NOT cheating, in fact, im doing perfect, but i still feel so full! and like im going to explode. i guess my stomach has shrunk from dieting so well for the past month. god how time flys!! 1 month ago i was 170... 5 pounds might not seem like a lot in a month but for someone like me who was stuck at 170 for a whole year its tonns!!!. i hope i can lose another 5 this month of June! that would be wicked. i'm going to keep doing what im doing and i should be at 160 by july 1st (i move out of my parents that day, and into an apartment with my boyfriend! soo excited). anyways i hope everyones doing well. im soooo sore today from doing 30 day shred lastnight to try it out. omgggg my butt kills lol keep up the great work guys :)

Well actually ive been doing great (cept for last thursday i had a handfull of sour patch kids) but that okayz. i weighed myself this morning and i lost 2 lbs. ahaha its a start. well for exercise ive been doing my stationary bike as long as i want...its different everyday...some day i do 30 minutes..some days i can stay on it for an hour. well i hope you guys are doing swell.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - hey guys!! so i was really busy this weekend...i worked 20 hours...i didnt have any time to work out tho :[ oh well my body kinda needed a break from me kicking my butt...anyways today after i got up i went to the corec...did a 6 min run and then a hour on a crosstrainer then 6 miles on the bike...i was going to go swimming but i had to come home to babysit...but when im done with that im goign to go play tennis with one of my friends...lol i suck at tennis oh well we will have fun!!! i havnt had anything to eat today because i have been feeling sick to my stomach but once i get hungry im going to fix myself a turkey sandwhich :D sorry this isnt as long as my other posts lol to those girls who like it!!! but keep up the good work and wish me luck :D

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - well today i have eaten a total of 800 calories.. and burned 275, i know thats not alot but i am proud of myself;) I am offically starting my diet to lose 20 pounds in 2 months.. so wish me luck, and another thing, i hate working out in front of people at the gym, like the running on the treadmill. What should i do to get over that?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so i know i already posted today, but i just thought id share... i just tried out the 30 day shred on youtube. it was a decent workout but to be honest... i hate it. it wasn't fun for me. im the type of person who needs it to be fun to want to do it, so it just wasnt my thing. im not bashing it because you definitely work up a sweat, but im more of a cardio and dance type of gal lol i think ill stick to my Rockin' Body dance workouts for now. definitely keep shred in mind for toning later on though. My question is for DancingDamsel though... how often did you do shred ? like, did you do it everyday of the week or did you give yourself a break day or ? thanks!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - woohooo 5 pounds gone so far. 5 to go! well... more like 7ish to go. id loooove to be in the 150s for the wedding i go to in july. even 158-159 and id be amazingly happy. mainly because the last wedding i went to on that end of the family was 2 years ago, and they havent seen me since i was about 215 pounds. it will be nice to get the compliments! my parents are making fish and chips for supper, i figure ill have one small piece of fish and then count the calories in the fries on the package. my moms making angel food cake with strawberries and light whipped cream for dessert mmmmm. at least angel food cake is much much lower in fat and calories than regular cake. ill probably end up doing my 35 or 45 minute workout tonight to burn off some of the extra cals. one more week until i take my measurements again. i hope i lose at least half an inch around my waist. that would be boss. anyways hope everyones doing amazing! keep up the good work :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I finally lost some more.Bye-Bye plateau!!Well yesterday i ate a tuna salad(260)with red wine vinaigrette(80)and water from Subway.Then later on I had some unsalted straight from the farmers market peanuts,and later i had to eat a corn tortilla(the crunchy kind)with some cheese on it cause my dad found out i didnt eat much the day before....all i had was a small vanilla shake(i was going to a graduation and was rushed with limited options).Well im not gonna eat after 5:30 and im gonna start excersising atleast 5 out of 7 days a week so i can look good when we come bak to school.Ohh,and today so far all i've had is Sunchips(210) because later im gonna go eat chinese with my family (its buffett so i usually get two plates of vegtables and shrimp,usually medium portions).From what you just read,how much do you think i can lose by august?Thanks for reading&&please comment.
