Ht. 5'8", Start: 234 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Okay so I guess I've been doing okay recently except for today but I have that under control. I'm trying not to eat anything now but I didn't have supper yet and I'm debating towards whether I should eat or not. I'm going to try to count my calories from now on, eat around 1500/day and exercise a bunch. We still don't have any non-junk foods in my house though..it sucks..

Ht. 5'9", Start: 185 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - ayee. i haven't been on in months :o i've been doing really well at maintaining weight this past school year. but now that i'm out of school and it's the summer before high school that's gunna change. my mum has FINALLY decided to get our butts back into the gym, and i have volleyball practice two hours a day four times a week for five weeks before school. it's gunna be hard but i'm sure i can do it! that along with me just eating better will help me slim down, i think. i've been a vegetarian for about 4 months now and it DOESN'T help me lose any weight (i did it for the animals), which majorly sucks, but it cuts down on lots of fatty options. so if you're up to the challenge i suggest it (: so, tell me your plans? and helpful tips are welcome too lol. thankyouu!

I do well for 2-3 days, then i have a night (like last night) where i lose my mind and go crazy! I worked a night shift, so i worked 5pm til 3am... i had eaten supper at 7pm at work, and then by 4 am i was pigging out! a little snack before bed would have been nice but no, i had to have two bowls of my moms pasta salad, a penut butter and jam sandwich, and a leftover sausage (without the bun). like i understand that i hadnt eaten in 9 hours but i just couldnt stop eating. thats it though. i cant afford any more screwups if i want to lose another 5-6 pounds by july 25th. I keep saying I'm going to loose the weight, I do good for a little while and then I screw up. I just...don't know how to keep it up. Yeah, I want it and crap but, I just can't seem to get where I want to. I'm finishing up my freshmen year and I would like to start my sophomore year looking different. I'm tired of myself...I don't want to be this way. I don't want to do it for anyone but myself, but I can't seem to do that. I just don't know anymore...I really need some encouarging words...

Ht. 5'3", Start: 187 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - over the last 3 / 4 weeks i lost 11 lbs !!! im so pleased as ive been battling with my weight for years but its true what they say that the easiest way to lose weight is to eat less && exercise more!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - okay so yesterday, i worked out 35 mins and had 1200 cals, and today i had 1200 and worked out 45 mins. i think i undid the damage i did the other day. i vowed not to weigh myself for 2 weeks because my period is on its merry way and i dont want the water weight to affect my state of mind lol i was going to measure myself this coming monday but i think ill wait a full month because measurements are usually smaller changes than the scale, unless ur doing lots of weight training. anyways hope everyones doing well. good luck!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - UGH!!! im soooo bad! i've done soooo well for a whole month, then yesterday totally totally blew it! i dunno what happened. i blame hormones. (im PMSing... sorry about the info lol) and like, first, i ate 1100 cals within the first 5 hours of being awake... then went fishing and stuff at my sisters boyfriends camp, then came back and had a huge double cheese burger... then on the drive home my boyfriend and i got huge iced coffees... then... came home, and had 2 butter tarts that were 340 calories each!!!! i was sooo mad at myself this morning, not to mention my stomach was on fire from all the sugar. im not used to sugar anymore because i use splenda with everything. and ugghgh. im doing major damage control today though, drinking tons of water and eating only 1000 cals and exercising for 35-45 mins (i know 1000 isnt enough, but when youve had like 2500-3000 the day before it isnt going... Anyway, I'm also upset because I was going to try the 30 day shred level 2 but, it would be pointless to start it and only be able to do it once (the rest of my week is packed from 8:00am-8:00pm)...well...I'll start again on Monday and work my butt off...
