Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - Ok so I've been on blubberbusters before but then simply got out of the habit. As a result, I gained about 20 pounds. Frustrating I know! It is my goal for the summer to lose 20 pounds by the middle of August. I am determined to exercise everyday and go running on the treadmill (I was a runner in track, so I know I CAN do it, as long as I'm motivated.) I really need to count on you guys to help me out, with advice, motivation, and stuff. I have so many things that I want to be able to do next year that a healthier, leaner, body will help with. Like, My brother's wedding, prom, and I'll be the varsity poms captain and I want to look my best. Thanks for your help!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 110 lb - i just realized that during 8th grade, i gained 10 pounds throughout the year. during summer vacation, i gained 10 pounds. and now during freshman year, i gained another 10 pounds. so in barely two years, i gained 30 pounds. i really want to stop gaining weight and i'm motivated. and hopefully when sophomore year starts i'll be 119 and lose the other 9 pounds before christmas break.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so my boyfriend and I went to look at our apartment this morning. we're on the top floor which means.... BUNS OF STEEL haha well not really, but its definitely a workout going up those stairs. even my boyfriend whos in tip top shape was getting winded lol its also about a 40 minute walk to my work from there, so the days i decide to walk or bike will be a nice workout as well. also, the livingroom is bigger than i expected which means i can do my workout dvds without accidentally kicking holes in the wall. haha. im so happy these days, im finally losing weight again, and im about to leave the nest and live on my own. :D i couldn't be more thrilled with life right now. i hope everyone else is doing amazing, and keep up the good work guys! :)

I love working out..it makes me feel so good...granet i look discusting at the gym lol with the sweat and everything however i dont really care...im losing weight and people can stare at my sweaty body if they want...im human i sweat lol...okkkay so for breakfast which im going to go eat in a few min im going to have a bowl of special k again and then im going to go work out. Im going to run 5:30 on the treadmill...then im going to do a hour on the crosstrainer...then im going to do 4 miles on the bike...each day i add 15 sec to my running...and a extra mile on the bike :D so by the end of the summer lol its gonna be crazy...but oh well its working and i love it...then ill prolly be at the gym about 1.5 hour and then ill come home and have some lunch...(grilled turkey and cheese) its so good btw so you should try it only 200 calories...and cut... She keeps telling me i look flater and my vball coach is gonna be so impressed and im going to be so happy with myself and all this other stuff...however she isnt too fond of my diet...and im sure alot of people arnt either because i barly eat...and im working off like 1000 calories...however i eat 3 meals..there just super low cal...for breakfast ill prolly have about 120 calories...lunch 200 and dinner about 300 so i really only eat about 620 cals a day...but im not hungry and im eating...im just making low calorie food. but yeah my doctor said it was fine until i started feeling fait i need to change...but she doesnt want me to do what i did my freshman year...i lost about 40 pounds in a month...but i didnt eat...at all and it was crazy and as soon as i started to eat again i gained it all back...shes just worryed im going to go back to my own ways! but im not...and i wish she would understand (view less)

I would go strong for about a week and then it would mess up on the weekend and then i would start all over the next monday. well I'm here to tell you guys that im done with that. I'm really ready to stick with it through the weekends and forever down the road. I'll be coming on here for a while now and I will support you if you support me. well even if you don't support me I'll support you. Well 140 right now (I've never weighed 200 or more then 155 before but they wont let me post with my weight of 140) and would like to lose about 12-15 lbs before the first day of sophomore year, and this time I promise I will do it.

I did alright with breakfast, but then for lunch i had 2 slices of pizza, and then... i went to my grandmas and had 2 donuts :(... altogether i had 1685 calories which isnt a lottt but i didnt work out either. i think i might do my 35 minute disco groove dance video lol it burns some serious calories.. bah. tomorrow im cuttin right back to make up for it.. probably like 1100 cals or something. i feel like crap but i got it out of my system and now im ready to rock for the rest of the week. i hate slipping up like this. but it could be worse.. i could have eaten over 2000 calories or something. i cant wait until july 1st. my boyfriend and i are moving into our first apartment together, so at least this way i can have a say on what foods come into the house. ill be eating chicken breasts and tofu and healthy stuff all the time. cant wait !!:) well i hope everyone else had a better day than i did. keep staying strong guys <3

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well its been about a month and im the same as i was at the start of my month,but im one pound bigger which i didnt update cause i figured its water weight from my period which im 7 days late for.My mom says its because of my diet but last minth i was only 2 days early,so i figured it would be the same.And last month i lost 24 pounds just from not eating meat,bread,fish,eggs,ranch,and not drinking anything besides water which i changed this month to no meat,no bread,no potatoes,no chocalate,no ranch and nothing to dring besides water.so basically i eat shrimp and vegtables ALL the time,and i have lost nothing,which is weird cause i ate alot of potatoes last month so i figured cutting those out would increase the weight loss.Advice&&help.Please:D

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - Ok so on Monday I did a 2mile powerwalk (DVD), 30mins on the stationary bike, and 14mins of tae bo. Tues. I did 2hrs on the stationary bike, and a 2mile powerwalk. I feel like I should have done more on Monday but oh well atleast I got some exercise in. How's everyone else doing?

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - soooo i lost 2 pounds since yesterday :D...ive been eating amazing and working out two hours a day...im in such a good mood with this...although my dad has said i snap alot easier...but oh well lol im happy...im sure hell get use to me or ill stop snaping once my body understands healthy is the new me. Im about to go to work at the pool...then im going to go straight to the gym. ill run 5:15sec as a warmup go do some ab work...a hour on the cross trainer...and then 3 miles on the bike.Then im going to a baseball game tonight...with eating i had a bowl of special k for breakfast...and then for lunch...its gonna be a late lunch actually like 3...i had breakfast at like 11...so for lunch im going to have a grilled cheese and turkey sandwhich- (200 calories) and then for dinner either steamed vegies or a big yummy salad :D good luck everyone

And, also, I can't do anything tomorrow (dress rehearsal 10:00am-9:00pm) or the next day (production 9:00am-9:00pm). I'm going to shred today and then I guess I could shred tomorrow before, like, 9:00am?? Then, I'll shower, get ready, and do what I've got to do, I guess... What do you think?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - hey guys just wanted to share something i accidentally created lol. i was attempting to make a strawberry smoothee and ended up making what looked and tasted like icecream. all i did was put 2 cups of frozen strawberries, one 35 calorie yogurt and half a cup of milk in the blender and mix it until its the consistency of ice cream. you can also add 2 or 3 packets of splenda. it is seriously amazing . and the best part? you get a huge bowl for 190 calories!! no added sugar. try it sometime.... it will knock you on your butt!!!!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - idk why but omg working out is making me feel soooo good!!! sometimes i just wanna go work out again during the day because of how alieve it makes me feel lol...but i dont wanna go to the point where its all i think about...i was at the gym for about 2 hours today...did a 5 min run...ran about 3/4 a mile...im gonna increase my run 15 sec each day! lol and hopefully that will help with my warmup ...then i lifted some weights to keep mme toned for volleyball...i really need to start doing my jumping excerises! lol then i went on the crosstrainer for a hour then hit the bike for 2 miles...now im home and geting ready to eat some yummy steamed vegies...and for breakfast i had some special k cerel :D and im really losing weight like its working...and fast...i dont really see it in my body yet but my face...wow u can really tell!! 10 pounts down 50 to go...oh god that sounds like sooo much oh well i can sooo do it!! good luck everyone!
