Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I didn't do well today at all. Tomorrow is the day though-I desperately want to lose weight before all my summer activities, and this is it, this is the beginning. My mom and I were talking and I've been writing down everything we need to get rid of and the healthy stuff we need to buy and the workout schedule for each day. I like writing my own workout schedule because then I can mix it up a little bit and do different things. My twin brother and I play volleyball in our backyard a lot during the summer so I'm looking foward to that and I get to babysit my niece a lot during July-August so I'm gonna take her and my dog on tons of walks. I finally felt that little click go off in my head that said, "You're finally ready for this, and this time, you really want it." I'm sick of dieting and then gaining it back, this time is real, this time I'm really going to do it. And I'm ecstatic that I know that I'm finally ready for it.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 159 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 130 lb - Yay! Another pound gone! Yeah, I know it's probably just water weight since I'm just beginning to lose weight but still! It feels good :) Today, probably could have been a little better so far, but the bad things I did eat I ate in really small portions. And I'm still going to go work out, lifting weights and running and what not. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 139 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - hello. again with the treadmill sorry. lol. anyways does the treadmill help melt fat butts and thighs? or does it tone it like make it the fat into bulky legs? i just wanna lose the fat off.. then tone later.. i dont know how this works... please help me.. and i have this 5 pound ball i exercise with my arms.. will that make my fat melt or tone it with bulky muscles. sorry if im confusing you... i just dont wanna do the wrong exercises and come out looking weird and bulky. pleaes HELP! =]

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - soooo yesterday was a bad day for me...so i just decided to look at is as if it happened...its over...theres nothing more i can do about it except dont do it again..or at least for a while lol...annnyways im gonna try to not make this a long post but not making any promises, so i woke up today and had a bowl of special k...then went to the gym.....did 5:45 min on the treadmill, then a hour on the crosstrainer...then 5 miles on the bike. I had a grilled turkey and cheese sandwhich for lunch with a class of diet green tea....then i just was lazy and hung in the pool with some friends lol...for dinner im going to have a salad...my moms making fajaitas...yum buuut im just gonna take some of the peppers and onions she grills and put them on my salad...and maybe a few pieces of chicken if i feel like it at the moment. tomorrow i work open to close...sooo i miss the hours the gym is opened... Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - So I recently gained about 20 pounds. I was down to 170 and I kept it off for a while. Then things started to happen, my parents started fighting, and my dad moved out. My grades starated slipping which really bothered me. I didnt make the softball team, which was a major blow because softball is my life. SO eventually I gave up and just started eating, and didnt stop. So not I have lost 4 or 5 pounds of that (I have a crappy scale). Yay!

I didn't necessarily eat lunch but I had a couple healthy snacks between 11-2 so I think that counts as Lunch. I worked out! I was on the Elliptical in my apartment's fitness center for 20 minutes and did some ab toning stuff. I'm feeling pretty good :)

Ht. 5'1.5", Start: 201 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - ok yeah well obviouslly i just started today on losing weight.when is was younger i was the cute kid i was healthy and everything.when ever i got into the third grade my parents got divorced and in the fourth my dad died.at that time i became depressed and i would turn to food and we lived with my mamaw and she has realy good food and she dont let you go hungry.but anyway its hard enough having people from school say things about you when you walk down the hall but its even worse when you cant hardly go to your grandparents cause everytime they say "why cant you be skinny and pretty like her" or "you would be so much prettier if you wasnt so big" what am i hideous

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - Ok so I've been on blubberbusters before but then simply got out of the habit. As a result, I gained about 20 pounds. Frustrating I know! It is my goal for the summer to lose 20 pounds by the middle of August. I am determined to exercise everyday and go running on the treadmill (I was a runner in track, so I know I CAN do it, as long as I'm motivated.) I really need to count on you guys to help me out, with advice, motivation, and stuff. I have so many things that I want to be able to do next year that a healthier, leaner, body will help with. Like, My brother's wedding, prom, and I'll be the varsity poms captain and I want to look my best. Thanks for your help!!
