Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 200 lb - Hey guys, i used to come to the site alot but since going to college i just havnt..and i decided summer...perfect time to start losing weight again. I just got my job for the summer and am working 60 hours a week...its crazy...but hopefully actually i know that will take my mind off of food. So far today i have had toast for breakfast with no jam...and then lunch i had a grilled cheese...and i just had another one...those are my favorite food...and its only like 150 cals per sandswitch :D ill prolly either have a salad with a little bit of rasberry vinergret( if you havnt tried it i suggest trying it...it is very low in calories and fat and honestly tastes amazing!!) or another grilled cheese...i know you guys reading this are gonna say im gonna get sick of grilled cheese...however take my word on it...i wont...lol on top of that i have to do abs daily and run a mile...my mile time now... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - So, I had a baby shower to go to today, at a restaurant. i got the lowest calorie thing on the menu, and it turned out to be fricken amazing. i slipped up and had a small piece of cake too. so my calories for the day are 1210 (i had a very small breakfast to compensate for the dinner i had). I also just did 45 minutes of an aerobics/dance video. I worked up an intense sweat lol so hopefully once my period is over i will be at least 168 for my Monday weigh in. I'll be pretty disappointed if i didn't lose anything, considering i have not cheated once. Best of luck!!

Well, I had to make up for eating Taco Bell and Wendy's yesterday...>guilty look< Yes, I COULD have been like my sister who ate salad w/ nothing interesting in it but I wasn't, ok?! Anyway, wish me luck this week. I really want to reach my mini-goal of 160 by the end of June!

but heres my new plan:
run 2 miles everyday for a month and have water, and if i want soda just a tiny bit.
and not so much starches

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Heyy guys! So, the full week since I last weighed myself hasn't passed yet but I sneaked a peek and I've lost .6 pounds. This is good (but bad) news. It means I'll have to burn/cut 700 calories in these two days to lose a full pound. You know, my sister is losing weight too. She started at 165 and I started at 175 but, right now, she is 147. 20 pounds difference now! But, she's about to be in a production so she says part of it is due to lack of eating because of stress and anxiety. whatever. :(

Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - It's been a while since i've been on here.. and i pretty much gained the 20 pounds that i lost back. I'm trying to do it a different way this time. I'm not writing anything down anymore, because i won't be doing that for the rest of my life.. and i want to change the way i eat for good, and excersise more.. for good as well. I'm just going to try and eat better.. but i'm horrible at temptations. I need help more than ever! i wanted to lose 50 pounds by summer.. and now, it's hopeless.. how the hell can i stick to this? It never works out for me!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i just noticed that ever since i bought a scale back in august all i have done is gain weight. so i'm not going to use my scale anymore until i get the body i want and then i'll see how much i weigh. at the beginning of the school year in september, i gained at least 6 pounds and its annoying so i'm going to start from there and until i get my "dream body" i'll weigh myself and put the scale away for good. i can't believe that something i wanted so bad made me gain so much weight. its really annoying.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - blaahh. so that time of month is around the corner and ive gained about 2-3 pounds. but my diet has been near perfect so i know its just water weight. still though, doesn`t it feel discouraging to see the numbers go up, even though you know for a fact it isn`t a real gain. you feel all puffy and huge. oh well though, its normal. i just know that in about a week ill be at my lightest weight and ill be able to judge then. until that day comes though, im staying away from the scale. keep my spirits up that way. hope everyones doing well. good luck! :)

Im kinda upset cause i've only lost 2 pounds in the past 8 days so a week basically and i've been used to losing 5 or 7 pounds but oh,well.I still havent started exercising yet,due to my neighborhood my mom wont let me walk and i havent had the time to jump on the trampoline or do any exercise videos but im gonna start as soon as summer gets here.I think were going on a cruise so idk if they have workout rooms or not but if we dont im gonna get a gym membership.I cant wait to lose weight.Thanks for reading.Please comment.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Ok, so, I have been drinking LOTS of water (6-8 cups a day) and I have been eating salads and yogurt and the like...I'm hoping to lose another pound this week. My mini goal is to weigh 155-160 (to lose 15-20 pounds total) by the end of June. To lose 20, I have to lose 2 pounds a week. To lose 15, I have to lose 1 pound a week. The latter is more practical and would be less disappointing but the former is definitely not impossible. After that, I'll have 15 (if I want to weigh 140) or 25 pounds left to lose. My mom says that 140 is better because she says I'd be a toothpick otherwise. But, I think 130 is better. What do you guys think? Please comment, I really need help with this!
BTW, a way to tell if you're large, medium, or small-boned: wrap your thumb and index finger around your wrist. If they don't touch, you're large-boned. If they touch, you're medium-boned. If they overlap, you're small-boned.
