Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Guys...I've gained 5 pounds!!!! This is starting to get depressing! I went on vacation for spring break and i just ate so much junk food....i feel bloated and tired and just HUGE. I've really got to stop eating so much crap! I hope that everybody else has done better though!!! Love you guys!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I'm so sorry that I'm back again. But I've been trying to find some dumbbells (metal hexes, vinyl, whatever) and a flat exercise bench for cheap. Does anyone know where they sell them??? I need some 2 lb, 3 lb, and 5 lb.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 166 lb - SO I have officially gained back the 10 pounds I lost. I cant believe it. I cant believe I let myself go back to it. I feel so fat, I just wish it would go away on its own. Ugh, has anyone else gone through this, a relapse? help.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! I just started Joyce Vedral's Toning for Teens workout and it's great! The exercises and awesome and I felt so pumped yesterday. So, yes, it has been 9 weeks and only 4 pounds but that is because for about 3 of the weeks I was at a tournament and then needed to get back in my groove. I am hoping to lose at least 10 pounds by June 21st...think I'll make it? ^_^

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 110 lb - So i officially lost 20 pounds from november i think. I could have done better. Grrr. My goal is to be 141 or 142 by saturday or sunday. And on from there. I want to be 130 by the beginning of June. Then lose 20 pounds over the summer ish. What do you guys think?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 142 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 105 lb - Well i am according to the bmi chart thing i am 5 lbs overweight i use to way 142 but by just watching what i ate and cutting out fats and sugars i lost 7 accordinglbs in 2 months. but i still want to lose more because i am having a huge party for my 15th birthday and i wanna look nice in my dress. So dose anybody have any suggesting to lose weight fast and safe in 3 months i would be greatful:]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 179 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - Being in the 70's is making me happy. I ate really unhealthy today. :/ I had Rasing Canes[a chicken fastfood] in Louisiana. I'm going to start exercising tomorrow. I was thinking about walking for 45 minutes in the afternoon, and then getting on a climbing machine for 3 increments of 10. Good Luck to you all. :D

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 251 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Hey!I took a month break from dieting,just cause i gave up,and now im starting again.I started yesterday,and i only ate once,and it was vegtables and water.But the reason i only ate once was because i didnt wake up until 4,and thats because i had just got back from a fieldtrip,which is why im starting my diet again.Well on our fieldtrip we went to the beach and spent 3 nights in a hotel,and you guessed it,boys being boys,they decided to discuss who they....uhh...wanted.well lets just say the news got back to us girls,and i was the only one with a reason to be upset.and i really dont care about their intimate wants,its just it would have been nice to hear my name mentioned,which i plan on having done next year,because im going on a year long diet:)
Well its a bad reason to get motivated,but there it is.
What do you think?

I am happy, happy, happy...but, I need to exercise more THIS week or I'm not going to drop anything. I really need to stop making cookies...see, I eat relatively really well except when I get these strange urges to bake--and eat what I bake. Well, I hope you all are doing well, too.
