Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - So, today we went to an amusement park and I had a slice of pizza, a juice box, and two cookies. That's a total of about 500. Then, when I came home, I had 1 1/2 doughnuts...about 300 calories more. And, I had an iced coffee (small). That's about...100? So, so far, I've had about 800 calories--bad calories, mind you, but...I guess it could be worse. I'm about to do my fourth day of 30 Day Shred. I'll see if it's any easier. I hope so. ;-)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - so its been exactly one week sence i started my diet...and ive lost 6 pounds...so im pretty excited about that. i got a gym membership yesterday and planing on running every day...and then start my lifting cyle and abs so i can be ready for volleyball next season. I hope i can lose 30 pounds this summer thats 10 a month...and right now i guess im right on track however i know once you lose the "easy" weight it takes a while for all of it to fall off so i got to remember that and not get frustrated...i just got back from working out...ran a mile in 8:06 and then walked .25 then ran another .5 miles and then walkedd .25 then ran .25 hopefully i can increase my distance and speed daily. i didnt do abs there but i plan on doing them tonight some time i think...Anyways i had a bowl of special K with the new protein one...and hopefully that will build up my muscle...and make me look... I mean, I started out strong (really strong) but when I hit the butt-kicks in circuit two...I went down. :( But, I'll try harder tomorrow. Oh, and today I did it with my own music, just looked up occassionaly to see if I was in the same spot. (I know I spelled that wrong, but I'm too lazy to fix it, lol)

I really want to start running -- it's getting hot -- but I'm too embarrased to run in public. What should I do to overcome the fear? Oh and the second mile run is coming up on Tuesday, and I really want to beat my time. I got 9:43(something like that) last time, and I want to get like 9:30(eh..) this time. It's only been a few months and I've been plateauing around this weight and I'm not sure if I'll improve at all or get worse. :x Any tips on how I'll be able to improve this score? Thanks!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 133 lb - okay so i know my overall goal weight is 110, but i want to start setting mini goals for myself. i weighed 134 at the beginning of the school year and i wanted to lose weight throughout the year however i gained weight. so i want to lose 5 pounds to weigh less than i did when i started. and i want to lose it by june 17 which is my last day of school. and hopefully during the summer which is about 12 weeks long, i'll be around 120. that's a reasonable goal right? hopefully i'm making sense haha

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 200 lb - ive lost 3 pounds since friday! im sure some of its waterweight...but ive been drinking like 7 bottles of water a day...and its cold so im burning a extra 200 ...i also just joined a gym and have to get my mile time down from 8 min to 715 soooo hopefully that will help with the weightloss...yay im glad im getting some results right now...hopefully by the end of summer i will be looking and feeling my best :D

I have a fan right on my face and I just feel like losing consciousness I'm so exhausted. Honestly, I don't know how I'm going to do it for the full 30 days...but my says she's really proud of everything I'm doing and of what I already accomplished. Speaking of which, today I tried on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in over a year and they fit WAAAAAAAYYY better than they did before! They're a 13/14 and all the jeans I've been wearing are a 16! I am so excited. That was my bit of motivation for today. I don't think I'm going to weigh myself until 30 days are through...or measure myself, for that matter. Well, I've been sharing all the good parts of the day. There were some lows too. I ate Wendys for lunch. >:< It's my weakness, I'm sorry! I can resist McD's and I can resist BK and I can resist Taco Bell and I can resist Arbys...

At the end of seventh grade in 2006, I was at my highest weight ever at 184 at age 12. I was crushed, but I knew my eating habits were terrible. I was scared for my health and I didn't want to die of a heart attack at twentysomething. The love of my life, my mom, bought me the book "The Diet for Teenagers Only" and I started following it at working out every day. I got down to 162 by the same time the next year and was so proud. But then my life turned into an utter hellhole when my dad and mom started fighting nonstop and I had the WORST summer of my life. I gained back most of my weight. Then last year I stayed about the same...this year I actually went down to 172 so that makes me happy but I still have ages to go before I actually get to my goal. My life still sucks for various reasons and I feel so depressed I wanna die some days. Please pray for my mental/emotional health and give me a few tips!!! Thanks.

Let me tell you, I am drenched in sweat. The thing I have the hardest time with is cardio, I mean, I can do jumping jacks EASY but I have trouble with the butt kicks and the jump rope thing--my ankles started hurting. So, I'm going to do it with shoes tomorrow. Wish me luck, please!!! :)
