Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hey again! I just wanted to post something on here to, sort of, make it official; today, I am planning on doing my 30 day shred (day 2 of level 3, eeep!) and then, also on Youtube lol, doing at least 20 minutes of her mostly cardio workout: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Since I kinda fell off the wagon, I'm going to try an incorporate that workout along with the shred at least 3 times so I can get back on the wagon. lol! Wish me luck!! It looks SUPEEEERRRR DUPEEERRRR hard. Well, then again, so did level 3 and I got through it--somehow... ^_^

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Yes. I gained 4 pounds. How? I've eaten brownies TWICE this week, banana bread (w/ 300 calories a slice), ice cream, no-bake cookies, pizza, Wendy's, Coke...! Basically, I've eaten crud. So, today, I had healthy cereal for breakfast, I'm eating tuna for lunch (maybe in a salad), chicken for dinner w/ vegetables. I need to eat extremely strict this week. Plus, I'm on level 3 of 30 day shred. So, that combined should help put me back on track...
My mom says some of the weight might be from starting to use 2 pound weights instead of water bottles...? What do you guys think?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - gah. soo lately ive been doing pretty amazing with the diet.. the only problem is i can not find time toexercise. ive been so busy with work, and when i finally get a moment to myself im just too tired to do it. oh well, at least im not going crazy with the eating.. thats my biggest problem. i guess next week ill exercise more, i work less so ill actually have time, and i normally work late shifts (til 1 2 or 3 in the morning) but this week i dont, so i can walk to and from work without having to be scared of walking home at 3am lol anyways hope everyones doing great!!!

My brothers friend has been staying here and my sis who is skinny is always joking about how she's fat and they think it's HILARIOUS! Anyways i was so upset i bought a mountain dew and a pack of peanut M&M's. Anyone have a better way to deal with being upset?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I did my third day of 30day shred (level one) and I'm already feeling stronger, which is great, because I'm a weakling, lol I was thinking about doing it twice today but I didn't, has anyone done it twice in one day?? are you super sore the next day? Anyway for dinner I had spaghetti & salad, and it was deeeeelicious. I love spaghetti. =) Hope all is well w/ everyone else!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Ugh. I need some pants that aren't stretch. Because, I now fit in a fourteen stretch but I don't know if that's a bit bigger than regular stretch. Plus, I still fit in my sixteen stretch pants. ??? Help??
In other news, I was supposed to do my last day of level 2 today--but, instead, I did my first day of level 3. Wow. You're moving the whole time. The time flew because I was so wrapped up in what I was doing...hm, still, though, it doesn't feel as hard as the cardio in level 1. ??? Why???

Ht. 5'3", Start: 227 lb, Today: 224 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - God...I have know idea what to do i want to lose the weight so bad but i just cant keep to it like ill get to my calorie limit and just cave in to eating ice cream and stuff...then like i have had drivers ed and my grandma brings me fast food for lunch and today i had mcdonalds wich i havent had bad fast food like this in forever and it mad me sick literlally god i really want to be 200 when school comes around in august but with this i aint getting anywhere...Someone please help

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - sooo im really kinda worried...2 of my best friends from out of state are coming to visit me...one eats like a pig...isnt fat but isnt skinny and one is anerexic...yeah i kno bad...and it sucks when i see her because i always get sad...and its just difficult well anyways there both staying with me...soooo this is going to be a interessting weekend if i do say so myself...i work out at the gym so im gonna try to get in a workout now before they get here...and then prolly not be able to work out this weekend because im not leaving them here alone at my house. (its my parents house) were having a really big storm tho and i hate driving in the rain...oh well guess im gonna have to suck it up to get to the gym now wont i ...my ipods broke...which sucks...because i hate working out without it...soooo idk how much ill be able to do at the gym...im thinking about doingg 7:45 on the treadmill...
