Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - I was up earrrrrly in ths morning so I decided to go ahead and try 30day shred. Omg, that was extemely difficult lol I didn't even hear what she was saying because I was arguing with myself in my head. "Just go ahead and stop, No don't stop" etc. LOL! I've never sweated so much in 20mins in my entire life. I felt every muscle working, I felt like jello afterwards. Shaking a little. I'm very optimistic about this workout. I hope I can stick w/ it for 30days. Right now my whole body hurts lol, but that's a good thing because I haven't felt these muscles in the LONGEST. I plan on taking a picture today (I was supposed to do it before I started but I doubt doing the shred one time made a difference lol) and I'm going to take a picture on the last day. I'll also weigh myself, wish I could take measurements but I can't. The time does seem to go by pretty fast so that's a good thing. I had to... On the part where you just lift it above your head or w/e w/ both arms at the same time I just used one 10lbs weight, holding it w/ both hands. Heck, that's still more than what they had. I need to get some 3lb weights. On the parts where I HAD to use both arms I used both 10lb weights and that almost killed me, lol I'm glad I got through it. I feel some what accomplished. Hope I can make it to day 30! (view less)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - EVERYTHING ANYONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT 30 DAY SHRED: I thought since so many people are trying it, and I've been doing it for 11 days. Firstly: The 30 day shred is a 20 minute workout designed by Jillian Michaels, trainer on the Biggest Loser. Why she's so great: Every single winner on the Biggest Loser has been trained by her, not Bob __ the other trainer. Now, the 30 day shred is divided into 3 levels. You do level 1 for 10 days (ideally, if it takes you longer to be able to do it in full for a few days, keep going. If it's too easy after a few days, move on), level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. In each level, there are three circuits. In each circuit, there are 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. The way that the circuits/workout are designed, you do two different exercises, let's say, for strength and then repeat... In each circuit, there are 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. The way that the circuits/workout are designed, you do two different exercises, let's say, for strength and then repeat them to complete your 3 minutes. The exception is in level 1 when, for the last session of cardio, you do all the exercises you did in the workout. (4 different exercises.) Also, abs is usually 1-2 exercises just for those of you who are groaning. ^_^ Next, the video claims that you can lose "Up to 20 pounds in 30 days!" Now, I can't really give this a thumbs up or a thumbs down because I haven't done the full 30 days. As I am on day 11 (I only did 5 days of level 1), I could tell you how much I've lost--that is, if my scale wasn't broken. But, in the first 5 days of doing level 1 (and about 1-2 days to let my muscles settle down), I lost (listen to this) 3 POUNDS. THREE (3) POUNDS IN FIVE (5) DAYS. :-) Hmm...any other questions? Oh, for those of you who think you can handle level 2 since you, for example, run everyday for extended periods or train for marathons, etc. do not think that way. Definitely start on level 1. OH. I have one more important thing to say: Level 1, I realized yesterday after trying it to see if it was any easier, is much, MUCH, heavier on cardio than Level 2. Ok? I think that this is because you'll lose more weight in the first 10 days so you'll stick with the program. *_* Ok, guys, if you have any questions: just comment or post something if you have a lot of questions. :-) Good luck. BTW, sorry lol, on Youtube look up: "Jillian Michaels level 1 part 1." Now, what I do is use Internet Explorer and put each part on different tabs so my heart rate doesn't go down while I'm waiting for each part to load. Also, there are no "rest days." It is 30 DAY SHRED. You do it for 30 days-straight. If you work out at the same time every day, let's say evening, here's an example of why you don't need a "rest day": Let's say I work out in the evening at 6:00pm. Then, I go to bed. Then, I go through my WHOLEEEE day again. Then, at 6:00pm, I work out again. My body had 24 whole hours to recuperate. The same goes for working out in the morning. K? Right, now, I'm done. ^_^ Good luck with your weight loss! (view less)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Ok, so this has nothing to do with weightloss (although I've been stuck at 188 for a week now and I'm so frustrated lol), but I just got an e-mail from a friend of mine for E.L.F. make-up. I guess it's being taken over by Nordstrom and right now, they're selling everything on their site at a deep discount (most of the products are 1.00-3.00). Anyway, so I thought if some of you are like me, I like to reward myself when I hit a mini-goal of mine and what better than new makeup =D! Here's the site if anyone's interested: http://www.eyeslipsface.com/shop.asp Hope everyone's doing well!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - I have been reading SO many good things about Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. I tried this about a month ago and could only get through like 5mins of it but I think I'm going to start it on Wedsenday and push myself through it. Is anyone interested in doing this with me? I think you do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. You can find the workout for free On Demand, I've also read that it is on youtube.com (not sure though) Let me know!! It's a 20minute workout by the way!
