Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - Yay. Ive been eating hella since summer started, but i didn't really gain much weight. like 1 pounds. but anyways. yesterday i started my diet again. I did my monthly detox. (Once a month i jus eat fruit and veggies and drink a crap load of water all day.) And i dropped all the excess water weight! I am now 139. A great start to my diet. Yay

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - ugh im so frustrated im stuck on 226 but no weight is coming off of me...like none...and hasnt for like 2 weeks...and ive been working at for at least a hour a day..sometimes 2...and eating about 1000 calories....ugh whats wrong with my body...doesnt it wanna be thin and healthy!! soooo frustrated.

Ht. 160 cm, Start: 50 kg, Today: 69 kg (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 54 kg - I'm new here...ok, here it is - since I moved to a new school I've been constantly depressed, I tell myself things such as "I'm too fat and ugly", "everybody are better than me" and etc. I never go anywhere with my friends because I am embarrassed, i always strat to think that nobody would like me because of my weight....The worst thing is that I don't even want to go out, including going out to do exercise! I'm just too ashamed......Stupid isn't it...Have you ever felt like that? (Note: 160 cm, 69 kg is 5'3", 152 lb.)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - ughh. soooo i havent been doing all that well lately. yesterday for example... i did alright before i went to this wedding reception for one of my coworkers... but then i drank a bunch of coolers and mixed drinks (I live in canada so im legal to drink. just lettig you know. last time i posted about drinking someone told me i should be ashamed of myself :S) anyways.. i danced a lottt so i know i burned a lotta calories butttt with drinking comes the drunk munchies and i pigged out. but thats kinda good cause i got it out of my system.. cause today i dont even wanna eat. i just wanna lay around which equally sucks cause that means,, too lazy to exercise. but my bf and i are moving out in 2 days so theres gonna be lots of moving things around and lifting and sweating and climbin stairs so ill be fine. butttt that means only 25 days until the wedding i go to! is it possible to lose 5 pounds in 25 days? i think i can do it... ive done it before. just gotta do the whole calories in - calories out math. anyways sorry for rambling. good luck guys!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI: 38), Goal: 150 lb - Just finished Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred Day 1 of Level 2! THEN 20mins after that I did the ENTIRE 55mins of Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism! There is no way I could have had the endurance for that had it not been for level one of 30day shred. I've never completed a workout dvd that lasted more than 30mins so I'm feeling great. I don't find the banish fat boost metabolism as challenging as the 30 day shred but I think it's because you don't use handweights, and I use 10lb handweights for the shred. Level 2 of 30 day shred killed me, but for some reason, I had energy to go on, lol I think I'll be doing the stationary bike in a few.
