Ht. 5'4", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - well I used to come on here all the time that was last year then I got depressed and just stopped trying I then gained 28 lbs I am so mad at myself!!! well in about 2 weeks I will be going on vacation and I want to lose as much weight as possible. Its really hard for me to be motivated. but Im going to try anyway. I would also like to lose as much as possible before school starts at the end of august any tips would be really helpful!!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 150 lb - Just wanted to say, today was day 10 of jillian michaels 30 day shred, I'M OFFICIALLY DONE W/ LEVEL ONE! Level two, here I come! (tomorrow) Hope it doesn't kill me! I did all 10 days in a row, pushed through all the soreness and I'm very proud of myself. Haven't been eating great this week, esp not yesterday, I had a 12" footlong from subway, a big crunchy wrap from taco bell, a surpreme chulupa, 1/2lb beef & potato burrito, and that's just what I ate out on, I ate at home also, so I'm just a tad dissapointed with that but I'm not sweating it.

Ht. 5'3.8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 148 lb - Just something that I learned today. Dance Dance Revolution is an amazing workout. I burned like a bajillion calories and I was sweating alot when I had it on standard. You guys should try it :)

Ht. 5'3.8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 148 lb - Ugh. I've got all the motivation I would need but it's not working. I tell myself what I'm gonna eat all day every morning when I wake up. Today I had it all planned out until it started to rain and I got this incredible urge to bake. So I baked cookies from scratch [which I was proud of] but everytime I bake, I seem to forget how that means there's only more delicious food in the house. So, I eat. One cookie leads to two cookies, which leads to three cookies, which leads to too full to exercise. See my problem? Well, I'm going to camp in three weeks and I want to blow away my friends that I havent seen in a year so if you have any advice for me that would be wonderful :) I think the program you guys got going here is awesome.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 224 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - so today i worked 9 hours...lol actually thats all i did cause now im way to tired to work out or doing actually anything at all...long workdays are stressful...for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and a coke zero...im about to go eat my little tomato cheese thing i created the other day lol...and i may go on a walk later if i dont feel like im gonna ppass out...mmph good luck everyone...and i know i didnt work out today..but ill prolly do some abbs or something and tomorrow i will def work out :D good luck...im feeling at a super high right now!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 130 lb - NUH UHH! i've been on my weight loss less than a month and i've lost a total of 13 pounds!! i cant believe im in the 160s. im so happy because i havent been in the 160s for 0VER A YEAR! :) i just hope i can maintain this weigh loss because lately i havent been exercising for over a week and didnt eat that great but i still lost weight.. im so happy! :) i wish you all the best of luck and i cant wait for all of us to post on the successful stories page!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - alright, soo i've only worked out once this week so far (monday for 35 minutes) but i plan on either working out before work tomorrow or walking to and from work (which is about 15 mins each way. ive been doing pretty well with the eating. i just know that if i was working out more it would be coming off quicker. but not to worry, im doing good otherwise :) ive got 4 weeks left until the wedding... i wanna lose 1 pound per week which will bring me to 161.. my original goal was 160 but ive had a few setbacks (period related binge-fests a couple weeks ago) but honestly, im okay with it. 9 pounds is great to lose for the wedding (i was 170 when i started this wedding-crack down). ill be seeing a lot of family i havent seen since 50 pounds ago so i wanna come in with a bang you know? lol im also moving out next week on July 1st(Canada Day.. think im the only canadian on here but who knows... Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - i just wanna be outta the two hundreds and i would beee sooo happy withmyself anyyways i went to the gym when i woke up and ran 8 min...walked 8 min...ran 4 min...walked 4 min...ran 2 min...walked 2 min--total running distance 1.75 miles and walking distance about 1 mile...then i came home and was outsideby thepool...and i swear ive drinking like 4 gallons of water today cause it is hella hot...and then i went on a 3 mile walk with my madre...sweated sooo much cause its 101 here!!! i kno ridiculous and thats where the 4 gallons of water estimate really added up lol....well wish me luck for my weigh in tomorrow hopefully its gone down :D

Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Only went up 2 pounds during this whole time - that's absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been eating everything in sight it seems like lol. Anyway, I'm so glad it wasn't more :). I'm thinking about getting the 30 day shred - how's everyone liking it that's on it so far? Would you recommend it?

I actually haven't stepped on a scale in over a week so I have no idea what my weight is right now lol - kind of scary actually. I may have to start all over, I don't know.
