Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I've lost 4 pounds! I weighed 180 about a week ago, so I'm off to a good start. I haven't even exercised that much, only like 3 maybe 4 times, and I've just been cutting back on processed foods, drinking more water, and eating more fruits and veggies. I also don't eat at school...I take a 100 Calorie Snack and a FiberOne bar to keep me from starving , then when i get home, I have an apple, some grapes, water, and on occasion and orange. It's fabulous - I'm so happy :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - 16 pounds down, it's official! only two more pounds this week and I'll have made my goal of 212 pounds and four more pounds next week and i'll make my goal for the wedding i'm in of 208!!! I can't wait to get under 200 next month or the month after- i haven't been there for years!!!!!!!!

It's taken about three months, but this is the longest i've stuck to eating healthy and exercising fairly consistently in a long time. Also, last time I lost a good chunk of weight- i wasn't losing as many inches- so this is awesome! The wedding I'm in is later this month, so I'm going to do either taebo or turbo jam every other day for the next couple of weeks and eat a very clean diet. Oh yeah, i haven't even been counting calories- just cutting out a lot of over-processed stuff. Although I was losing more on nutrisystem, I feel better just eating very healthy- tons of veggies and fruits and lean meats. Technically I am now 214.8. I am shooting for 212 by saturday, but I have a feeling that if I get to 213 I'll still be very VERY happy. As long as I keep losing, it doesn't matter how long it takes (except for ... Ht. 5'4", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - High school has been a real bummer for me in the weight category. I started high school at 130 pounds, and now I've started my junior year at 186 pounds. I'm having a big problem with snacking afterschool, because I have so much homework and it just satiates me. If anyone has any tips for snacking, it would be much appreciated.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 236 lb, Today: 233 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Soo, the other day, I weighed myself and also got my body fat %, I'm now 233 & 45.5% body fat. I lost three lbs. :) It's not much yet, but every little counts. I'm in high school, and I'm talking a womens weight training class, and oh boy is it hard. We do warm ups that include lunges (hard) push ups, sit ups, everything you can think of. Then we run 3 laps on the track. Wow it's so difficult. Then we go and work in the weight room. But this is an amazing class, because it isn't a regular weight training, it's womens, so it's more of losing body fat, and toning rather than body building. So I highly suggest this class if it is offered to you.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Well i would like to say that being fat has effected my life to much and i wont have it anymore, i hate having fat holding me down and its going to stop, so i've decided to do something about it. Im going to change my diet by spliting the meals I would usually have in half and cut out sweets, chips, candy, ketchup, soda, sweetend juices,fastfood, and creamy dressings because thoese = FAT. For exercise i am going to turn on music for 30 minutes and dance my butt off. and after dinneri will go for a half hour walk so i will do that monday ,wednesday, and friday. i want to weight 130 lbs and i have to lose 45 lbs thats alot but im Very willing to try (wish me luck i will need it) :D
