Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 175.6 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 147 lb - I hate Halloween... I really fell off the wagon, and I'm scared to weigh myself because I'm sure I've gained a pound or two... I had a goal to lose at least seven pounds by my birthday in ten days because my friend is taking me to his prom then, but I'm so mad at myself for undoing my hard work and I feel like I'm not going to make that goal by then :( :( I feel like I can't get back on track now

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 159 lb - alright back on the wagon once again. for the past 2 months i have done horrrrrribly. i was at 163 at the beginning of september, now im 170 yet again. i guess it was just the stress of breaking up with my ex boyfriend and moving back home, i kind of put my weight loss on the back burner and as a result, gained 7 pounds. i can notice it a little bit, everyone else thinks i'm crazy but my clothes fit a little snugger than they used to. oh well, time to try again. forget try actually, i AM going to do this. theres about 7 and a half weeks until christmas, if i lose 1.5 pounds per week i will have lost 11 pounds by then. and my ultimate goal is to just break into the 150's by then. so it works out perfectly. i know its going to be hard to stick with it but im doing this for myself this time and i will succeed. i mean, ive lost 55 pounds so far i can lose another 11, ive just got to set my ... Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So today my mom says Im gaining my weight back.I think im about 225 right now,I dont want to check though.I've been eating whatever,whenever,for the last month or two.Im ruining all my hard work.I just dont know what to do.I dont have any exercise machines,so I tried to do what I could,and I did 100 situps a day.Well it hurt alot,obviously,but I went through it anyways.But by the end of the week I found something new.A butt bone,or atleast thats what I think it is.It hurt soo bad to sit down,and when I tried to do a situp,I wanted to cry.Well there went that.Then I tried running.I rsn for an hour and it was pretty different.I kinda liked the feeling that I was improving myself even though I was tired.But my mom wont let me do that anymore cause she said its too dangerous because no one will stay with me and I might get hurt.Im also not aloud to run in my neighborhood cause thats... I had my official weigh in for my ecare account today and I've crept up 0.8 of a pound since Wednesday... I've been slipping the last couple of days... I need to try harder I've just been losing some of my motivation and eating junk food :(

Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I have 52 pounds to lose...52...It's such a heavy thought. I haven't lose any weight. I haven't gained any weight. I can't work up the motivation to exercise. And it's so hard here, where I live because it's already FREEZING cold outside; and I hate working out indoors. I DON'T want to get a gym membership because I hate exercising around other people. I just don't know what to do...I WANT to lose weight but I just can't work up the motivation to exercise. In in recent months I've become quite comfortable with my body. Sure, I'm still a bit self-concious and I know I need to lose weight for my health but I've become quite accepting of myself. I've accepted my love handles and stretch marks...It doesn't mean I love being this way, I've just moved on past the ugly part of it and started to see myself as...pretty. I want to lose weight so I can be healthy and so when I'm older I can teach my children healthy eating/exercising habits...I need tips on how to cut back from those carbs and desserts that I love so much, and I need tips to help me get motivated to exercise :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hey. I havent posted on this in such a long time. I have gained about 10 pounds since school started. Between school (im taking 2 college course or = 7 credit hours) plus my normal classes, and golf ( im soooo glad its over) and work ( i work between 10 and 20 hours a week, just depending) and Jr./Sr. Class play (everyday practice learning lines) and Band ( 3 days a week after the school) I just gained soooooo much weight that i feel like a balloon. I really want to get back down to 120 ( I dont even REMEMBER being that small... thats pretty bad, but I shall weigh in tomorrow for my official start weight and report back!

Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159.9 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - gooooooooooooooooooood!! ever since i started school september i havent been eating my best and hardly ever exercise.. i've been loaded with exams, midterms, homework, and family stress. i really need to get back on my weight loss journey! this morning i woke up and looked at the mirror and said SERIOUSLY? what has happened to me for the past two months.. do i really wanna fail like i did several times ago for the past 3 years? you came a long way and you dont deserve to fail! this is your time .. so today my sister had a get together and there was soooo much food!! and i knew i wouldnt dare touch any of those cheesecakes nor hotdogs.. i'm so proud of myself :]! but now i promise i wont come back and forth asking several questions and dwelling on my weight issues.. nothing but positive posts and weight loss! :]. however, i do have a question regarding my body frame.. i was wondering how to lose arm fat!! im telling you i have so much fat on my arms and back :[ help me! thanks!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 163 lb, Today: 161 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 140 lb - well, as for an update. i don't think i have lost anything weightwise, since i was in italy for the last two weeks enjoying my holidays, but i'm really motivated to get going. i'm starting drinking a lot of water again and having a lot of fiber. i decided to go vegetarian one and a half weeks ago and i've been eating A LOT healthier since. it really makes me feel better, about what i eat/don't eat and i have more energy than i used to. does that make any sense? haha... whatever. i can only suggest you try it for yourself. ;) good luck everyone, hope you get a good step closer to your goals <3<3<3
