Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everyone.This last few days have been awfull.My parents just bring home pizzas and hamburgers =(.Finally I found that Mayo diet I mentoned to help me get rid of this last annoying 38 lb.And Ill be 17 next month,so finnaly I can get a gym memebership =D.I have never really had any real excersise or sports.My parents didnt let me cause they said that you are born fast and fit and that Im just not cut out for it...yeah right.Even if I dont become a famous athlete,I still have the right to excersise,right? Well I still do a 1 hour walk,but yeah,I should do more.And yeah,I can only get a gym membership if I keep up the good grades.Ill certanly try lol So yeah,good luck to everyone :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - ugh! i havent lost any weight this whole week not even an ounce. lol. since were in the process of remodeling our home i havent been able to exercise at all and probably cant for another good week. what should i do? should i lower my calorie intake by a good 200 calories? i wanna lose some weight man! heh. anyways please give me tips on what to do excluding exercising :) thanks

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 138.8 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 115 lb - i know how i said i wanted to lose 2 pounds this week, but as of today i lost 3.2 pounds! i'm so excited. the only thing i've been doing is swimming for about an hour a day. i haven't really been watching what i eat but i'm starting to today so hopefully i'll lose more by saturday. i hope i get to 125 by vacation in october.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - ok. So I tried to workout every day this week (30 day shred -plus some other exercises) and ended up skipping three days because of my period. I haven't been eating Nutrisystem, although I do plan on going back on at some point- lately it's just been lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I only lost 3 lbs that I had gained and was disappointed and hope i'm still bloated from my period- but I measured myself and i've lost 6 inches this week, so something's definitely paying off! I'm hoping to lose 5 lbs this week (eating perfect, working out everyday- i need to fit into my bridesmaid's dress!!!) and to lose around the same amount of inches. No more sugar for me- by that, I mean no more ADDED sugar- i'm still eating my fruits :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 157.2 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 125 lb - Last time i weighed myself was on Wednesday. I feel like i gained 2 pounds. All i can think about is food. Its rediculous. I ran for 40 minutes today, and i ate a healthy breakfast and lunch, but way too much for dinner. I hate that. I want to loose 7 pounds in 3 weeks. So i'm gonna send my body into shock and work it. I'm gonna jog for 45 minutes in the morning and 45 when i get back home from school. For the next 3 weeks. Its gonna be really hard to keep up with the eating healthy on the weekends. blehh. :D Wish Me luck. & don't forget to tell yourself you are beautiful!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - hey you guys :) (: well i did hit a plateau 3 weeks ago and i was stuck on 160 and 159 pounds. well i did this thing called the zig zag caloric count. or something like that lol. so instead of doing the same old same regimes i had to shock my body into doing more extreme workouts [which i didnt lol i just did the treadmill and abe workout] and eat less calories.. so on mwf i eat healthy and not that much as oppose to tues. thurs. sat. sun. where i eat much more like 1300-1500 and then treadmill for 1 hour and a half. :) and then boom i lost 2 pounds in 3 days :) so thats for anyone thats on a plateau give this a try :)

I've always been frustrated with my eating and gaining. So today I thought for the first time: What would be if I'd never lose weight? Would it be the end of the world? Perhaps not.
