Ht. 5'8", Start: 220 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - CRAVINGS! Who's got advice for them? I'm really craving an ice cream bar right now despite having eaten plenty today [huge breakfast burrito, bagel sandwich, Reese's Pieces]. I worked out for 30 minutes this afternoon and want to do another 30-60 minutes tonight since I'm eager to lose weight, but I seriously can't get over wanting that ice cream SOOOOO bad.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! Glad to be back! It's been over a year since i was here. I need a little help. Last year, I lost an awesome 40 pounds and made it down to 125! I was so excited! The suddenly my colon spazzed and started doing weird things, and the weight started creeping back on. I'm afraid that if I don't stop gaining and start losing, I'll gain the 40 back. . It's really disappointing to have been so far then to gain weight back cause of medical issues. Any moral support, exercise tips, and food tips would be great. I'm hoping to lose 15lb by June 1st. Thanks guys!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 300 lb, Today: 290 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - I got on the Wii Fit expecting to lose alot.. But only a pound Ugh.. I have been working out everyday(6-7) days a week and eating healthy.. Yes I went from a size 20 to an 18 but.. in 2 months I should of lost mre than 10 pounds.. its very depressing. AHHHHHHHH. What else can I do?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - i gained another 15 pounds! ahh im sooo mad. and its becoming increasingly hard fer me to exercise. i mean, i have the time to use my treadmill, but im soo unconditioned i cant even jog 5mph fer a minute! thats pretty pathetic. i remember wen i was skinny and i cud run as fast as i can fer like half an hour. how could i possibly b this out of shape?? ugh i know im gona hav to build up to it again but im waaaayyy too impatient. i cant stand this. my mom used to b soo supportive of me and now even she is calling me bad namees! FML

Ht. 5'6", Start: 228 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 145 lb - I have finally lost 50 whole pounds in the past 7 months! I finally made some changes in my life; I had dealt with my eating disorder, but I really dealt with my weight issue afterwards. I joined crew, or rowing as my sport. I had done athletics before (all the time) and had become sedentary. But when I rejoined a sport (toughest thing to do after getting out of shape) I stuck with it, even though crew is the toughest sport known to mankind. It forces you to endure incredible pain every day, but I love my teammates and everyone's noticed how much weight I've lost. I would have lost more, but I've gained back all the muscle I had lost and more. I am looking great, I get compliments all the time... my jeans are loose. I've been eating better, too, and am still losing weight! I just felt like dropping by and letting all of you know that it can be done. I feel great. :D

i really need peoples help. i have reciently gained over 30lbs. I started gaining around thanksgiving and am getting heavier. my friends and family are starting to notice and comment about my weight. Most of the weight has gone to my belly, which is getting really chubby. none of my pants fit anymore and i just feel really horrible coz i have gained the weight so quickly. some of the weight has also gone to my face, and i have got a little bit of a double chin.
im not a huge weight but i am worried coz i have gained so much reciently and dont want to get any bigger. any help ? advice? or a weight loss buddy would be really appriciated

I'm finally in the 140s! I just can't wait to be in the 130s now! heh ^^
I have sick for the past week with the flu so I couldn't really get back on track with my diet or exercising since its been like 9 days (a little over a week).
So me and my friend are planning to go hiking twice a week. :D I wanted you guys to know that having a weight loss buddy or just a friend to motivate you can really help! Don't give up guys!
I have a question; I'm trying to be 130 by JUNE 1ST. Thats 17 pounds. Is this doable? I know it gets tougher as you get closer to your goal weight. Thats about 5.6 pounds a month. Just hoping anyone can give me feedbacks and motivation. Thank you!

so i read a plan that you could lose 30 lbs in 3 months. (10 pounds a month is healthy, my doctor said so). it requires running (somewhat a lot)
so
week 1- in the evening, run 1 miles 6 DAYS in a row
week 2- in the evening, run 1.5 miles 6 DAYS in a row
week 3- run 2 miles in evening 6 DAYS in a row
week 4- run 1.5 miles at night AND morning 6 days in a row
week 5 til the end of the 3rd month- run 2 miles in the morning and evening EVERY DAY
and eat around 1300-1600 calories
it sounds healthy. i started it today.

(1-2 lbs a wk) becuz i have my 8th grade promotion and i need to wear a dress and i don't wanna wear one with sleeves and i don't wanna feel conscious if i wear a tank top like dress. so please tell me any of the exercise plans you do that really do guarantee weight loss. thanks!!! :)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 237.2 lb (BMI: 32), Goal: 155 lb - soooo ive done two weeks and lost 17.8 pounds...not bad at all...too bad that means its time to platue...sooo hopefully ill be able to get through this week with losing one or two pounds. I just bought size 31 pants...usually im a 34 sooo hopefully in a few weeks they will fit perfectly!!! there my goal by spring break...which is 3 weeks away. Im surprisenly not sick of salads and sandwhiches like i thought i would be...wish me luck...and good luck with evverything everyone...you will succeed if you want to!!!

I haven't gained weight i just stay the same weight which is 245 lbs. I will Lose the Weight and put it back on in a matter of weeks. I play softball and this year are coachs are making us do like sit ups if we screw up or whatever so i average like 50-60 sit ups everyday except for saturdays and sundays, we currently going through tryouts and they end this tuesday. if i get cut i have no idea what im going to do because thats my main weight loss. i've started a new diet today but i dont know if imma be able to stick to it.I Just Want to Lose The Weight Because I'm Sick Of Being Like this, I've been overweight since the 7th grade and i just wanna change.
