Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 207 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 190 lb - So most of you probably don't know me most of my friends on here have come and gone I've been on and off of here for about 3, 4 years yeah thats pretty sad, I stay in the 202-210 range on the scale the lowest I've gotten down to was 194 and I'm dead set on getting back there its been hard the past few years because I've trying to find myself. I've been a vegetarian for the last 2 years now, but the past few months is the first time I've been a very good one, just because you don't eat meat doesn't been you can't eat badly there still baked goods, chips pshh the list goes on and on but I finally got it together and with that I think its time to start talking to people about it again it doesn't matter how well I'm doing today tomorrow I may have a break down and have something that I know is wrong but thats life and you need people to help you through that kinda stuff:). Anywhozies in other news I GOT A 2 PACK :P <--HAPPY TONGUE yeah the puppys are here lol.

Ht. 4'10", Start: 130 lb, Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 116 lb - Every winter I gain a bit of weight but this time it went overboard a little. I feel gross and fat. Also the fact that I'm so short doesn't help. I am supposed to weigh around 90-104, so i have a lot of work to do!

I'm starting today Friday 26th to April 5th I am going to do hardcore workouts. I am planning to do extreme cardio and go hiking at least every other day. I am hoping in 11 days I can break into the 130s once again ..... SINCE MIDDLE SCHOOOL!! :D I can't wait! I want to lose at least 5 pounds. I know thats a lot but I haven't been exercising for the past 4 days because of midterms for school. However, I know once I get back in I tend to lose a lot because I give it my all! But tomorrow I'm going out for a family get together at a restaurant and I know I'm going to have to eat a lot because my family want me to stop losing weight. But of course I'm not going to stop till I'm thin lean and healthy! :D Soooo I think tomorrow will be my day off. Or should I not make excuses and just order salad and small portion meals so I don't fall of track? Thank you guys for reading this rant. lol

I'm happy that i exercised though because i haven't done a lot of it in a while. alright guys wish me luck for the rest of the week my wiegh day is monday!!

Ht. 5'6.5", Start: 224.5 lb, Today: 221.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I fell off the wagon, and I fell hard guys :( You've all been so supportive and posted loads of tips, and that really helped but I just got the urge to eat and eat. I can remember being 182 and thinking I was enormous and that I'd never let myself get fatter.. How I would love to be back at 182 now! I'm trying hard to get myself back on track though and have lost 3lbs so far! But I have a HUGE problem with snacking at night time, like while I'm watching TV and stuff, anyone got any hints to help me stop doing that?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 305 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Hi folks, it's me again. After my last post with your good hints and commentaries I really tried again to diet. And I lost 10 lbs! Yay. But then I really got the urge to eat again - to eat lots. And so I did. And I gained it all back plus some. I'm again at my heaviest, more than 300 lbs, unbelievable. I've gotten too fat to do any sports. I can't walk longer distances, I'm totally unfit. I really don't know what to do. Is anybody here in a similar situation?

my birthday is in september and its march now ;; im having a party and i want to be skinny bye then :) in one day all im eating is:
a small bowl of cereal for breakffastsome strawberries/watermelon for recess
ham sandwhich for lunch
smaller amount of dinner
i am also eating a lot of mint chewing gum to make me not eat

So I'm 143 pounds! Yaah! I have been eating organic fruits and brand name cereals along with other food to get down to 143. But its getting tougher and tougher, however, I'm losing at a consistent rate about .2-.6. I can see A HUGE difference already, its almost about 40 pounds!!! (39 pounds). So I can see my collarbone and my face is getting more define. I get so much compliments and some of my friends of course are telling me to stop. lol. I won't stop till I feel satisfied! :D So my question is should I start doing lots of cardio to lose weight from all over my body and THEN tone up? Or should I start toning right now. I'm just a little scared that I will tone up lots of muscles that will make me look bulky. I want to look slender so will cardio help me? Give me any advices! :D

Ht. 5'0", Start: 200 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - I feel really fat right now. A few years ago in sophomore year, I weighed 186 lbs but I didn't feel as fat as I looked. Looking back now I see that I really was unhealthy looking. I lost around 20 pounds during junior year and then lost weight during the summer to come to 150. But then we moved and I was around 142. Now I'm back at 150. I realize that I'm regressing. My goal is 125 and I want to do whatever possible to make this goal. Eat only when I'm hungry, good exercise, water not juice or pop, no candy, no fast food except maybe fries one week during lunch. I WILL PREVAIL fat! You can't stick on me!
