Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 247.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - sooo lost a pound in 5 days...eh decent i guess...wish it were more....ran 2 miles this morning and had a bowl of special k...ugh i love ranch tho its sooo hard to give that up...its all im craving but i know its puuuure fat....buuut hopefully ill be seeing the pounds melt off of me more...for lunch im going to have a piece of fish and a can of green beans...can you believe thats only 150 calories!!! I have to buy some more fish because its the last piece...i hate that it is sooo expensive. for dinner tho im going to a steakhouse but im getting a salad...their salads are deliceious but its going to be hard with my family gettin greasy food and telling me to join them. but i am determined to get down to 200 by the time school starts!!! and i can do it...i just gotta stay motivated...which seems to be the hardest thing right now...

Well right now I wouldn't be caught dead in a bathing suit. So my goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by then. At most 20, if that's even posssible. I have now found my motivation!!! Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 135 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 125 lb - so it always happens to me that over the summer i lose like twenty pounds because all i do is work out. but then the school year starts and i get stressed and i eat. and then the fall swim team season ends and i no longer get exercise, but i kepp eating like i would when i work out (4,000+ calories a day) and then i start putting weight back on. i hate it. so i was looking forward to this summer thinking that i will lose weight again, but i don't think i can do it anymore. im sick of exercising and i love dessert. im trying to make an effort to be better but i kepp slipping up. does anyone have any advice on staying motivated, or any fun exercises i could use to switch up my routine of swim, run, bike, weight lift?

I mean, i'm not exactly fit either, and i want some support for my goals, too! Anyway, Hello to everyone on here! I am impressed at the support and motivation most people on this site give to one another. That goes to show how "beautifuL" you all are regardless of physical exterior. It seems like a graet place for everyone to get support and love regadless of who they are or how much theiy weigh. Very inspiring. I congratulate everyone who's trying to get at a healthy weight range for their age height and body type. On a personal note, i just want to shape up and get a bit more toned for the summer. I'm going to on vacation and need to start looking for a nice bathing suit. :) So i will start commiting to my goal as of tuesday. I would like a "buddy" to work with to achieve our goals. Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 248.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - well im down a pound since posting last...which was two days ago...i kno most of it is prolly water weight since ive been running and sweating a ton...but i have been drinking 2 gallons of water a day!!! the way i can make sure i drink is it fill up an old gallon of milk jug and drink it through out the day twice...i have a big glass in the morning and i just drink it and drink it...cold water helps you burn calories...just fyi for people who didnt know that...so you can burn calories by drinking COLD WATER!!! keep that in mind water is allllways best for you!! also if you need something sweet go for crystal light...its almost calorie free and is delicious!!! lets see today i caved and had chinese food for lunch...however...good knews is i ate it amost 6 hours ago and im not even slightly hungry...so for dinner imight just have a piece of lean fish and that chinese food will carry me... Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 249.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - HIIIII :} ii havnt been on here in a while...but summer just started and im losing 40 pounds this summer!!!! i can do it...its about 4 pounds a week and i know that is possible becaue ive lost 10 pounds one week!!! i just gotta work my but off!!! sooo heres my plan 1200 calorie diet...and since i dont have a gym member ship since i cant afford one right now...im running one mile 3 times a day....abs everyother day....and stretching everyday...if i end up getting a gym member ship i will add a hour of cardio to that...I also would start a lifting program. For lunch Im going to have a turkey and cheese sandwhich a snack will be a can of green beans and dinner would be a really good vegie plate with some potatoes... ill come here once a week prolly because if i come every day ill get really frustrated...it seems to always be that way...well this week im hoping for a lose of 5 pounds!!!! wish me luck and good luck to evveryone else!

Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Current weight: 129.6 Okayyyyyy so I have been indulging in all the sweets and junks I could for the past week and I would either have gained a few pounds or fluctuated my weight to 130/131. I don't know why but my cravings are just getting worse by the day. My parents keep telling me that I have a iron defiency or a chemical imbalance and I need to start eating normal like steak and lots of orange juice ... etc etc. And thats exactly what I did tonight... a big steak with chips and a long cold almond breeze cup.. and I am satisfied! But still I wish I didn't have done that. :( Well now that I feel slightly better (not really... I'm just in denial lol) I will do a 10 day boot camp! Its going to be intense workouts for the next 10 days till June 1st and I'm hoping to be 125 pounds or 126 pounds. So at least a rough 3/4 pound lose and I will be happy. xD Just an update. HOpe everyone is doing greattttttt! xD
