hi evey one I don't need help but my brother does he's about 5'2 170lb and 13 years old he use to play with me but now all he does is play Play Station he got it about a year ago on his birthday and he plays it all the time I'v noticed his tummys gotten biger and he doesn't play out side no mor can some one please help me?

I have been reading this board and I have to say it breaks my heart. Where is the parental support of these kids? Does anyone realize that being unable to stop eating is as much an eating disorder as anorexia or bulemia? These are beautiful, wonderful kids that are wanting to die because no one has helped them and instead makes them feel even worse which, in turn, causes MORE eating. It really saddens me to see 5, 6, and 8 year olds posting that they are fat should I not eat and things such as that. Someone lend a hand and help these children!!

I am 7 years old and 4'5 and I weigh 128 pounds i would like to lose 30 pounds so that i don't get teased in the second grade,does anyone have any advise? I don't like veggies or fruits and I like fast food alot but I need some encouragment or help to know that i'm not alone. Thanks Trey

hey guys! when I read the tips about drinking a lot of water, try not to drink too much cause then you can get bloated and look bigger than before! I drink at least 8 glasses a day. By the way I'm 5'8" 183lbs.

Hi i'm new here i just found this site. my name is Katie and i am 9 today. yesterday we had a party with a bbq and i ate loads of stuff burgers and sausages and chips and salad and then trifle and ice cream and sara lee chocolate gateu and coke and my tummy felt soooo full it was great. i dont care how fat i get but i just loooove to eat till i'm stuffed and my tummy gets hard. i weigh 176 but i was 184 but Mom and me lost some for lent and we gave some money to poor starving kids but now its past easter we can stuff again. its real kewl.luvKatie

I am very very faat. I way 356 puonds and I am 4 foot 11. My teacher made me go to her office and the scool nurse wayed me and she said I was hevier than her. She told my mommy I should diet. But I cant diet. I always eat candy. I cant run very fast and I go slow up the stairs.
