to Morgan aged 14, i tried jumproping, but i don't really like it cuz my head gets so dizzy and i can't continue jumping for a long time without stopping. so i think i'm gonna stick with low- to moderate-intensity exercise such as walking. i guess u should try and see for yourself.

I am 15 years old. I weigh 193 and I am 5'6". I have been lifting weights for 3 years 3 times a week.....this summer i started lifting 5 days a week. I was just wonder what you think a healthy weight was for me because the BMI calculator says if you are very musclar that the weight it calculates isn't right because muscle weighs more than fat (i am sure u all know that). I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what they think was a healthy weight for me. If this helps i bench press 125, i squat 195, i deadlift 225, and i leg press 375. Thanks!

Um, I just have a message for that kid in the chatroom. You shouldn't talk about people who are overweight. Sometimes, it's not their fault. And unless you've walked in their shoes, don't judge them? I mean, who died and made you king? Personally, I'd rather be incredibly overweight than be someone with a stick shoved so far up my butt.

Hey all, I'm 16, 5'5" and around 185lbs. I would like to lose some weight before school starts. So, that gives me about 45 days. I know I'm not going to be able to get down to me ideal weight of between 119-124 by then, but I am hoping to at least lose a little. Anyway, my question is, if I go kayaking for an hour a day one day a week, plus do some other working out/exercise(I need suggestions) how much I could lose by then??
