Hi....i'm 15, 5'5, and weight 130 i know that's not over weight but when all your friends are tiny that makes you feel over weight i'm very active which does make me have alot of muscle even though it's muclse i still feel fat. If anyone knows any ways to slim down a bit before school or needs or wants to talk just email me at danny_q74@hotmail.com...thanks! hope to get some replys!

to Michelle 15: I do my arms heavy one day and my legs heavy one day then i do pulls (the machines that u pull on) one day then i do light arms one day, and then i do light legs one day. Is that still unhealthy?

Hi guys!!! My dad works out at a gym and he gave me some tips to help tone up...this is not a diet plan its to gain muscle... its a strenght training routine...hope it helps!!!! okay so here goes everyday:Crunches: 10 sets of 20 (total:200)Leg Lifts: 10 sets of 5 each leg (total:100)Dance: 5-10 minutesWeights: 2 sets of 25 each arm (total: 50)okay well hope that helps good luck... you should start seeing some good results in like a month...dont expect to lose weight...expect to gain muscle and lose fat!

hey, I just want you all to know, you can do it! Dont listen to what ANYONE else says, they are just caught up with them selves. When I was 12, I weighted 237 lbs. I am now down to 125. All you have to do is be active! Instead of watching t.v., take a walk. When you want something sweet, dont deprive yourself of it, but dont have alot. just remember, the secret to losing weight is a simple, three letter word. TRY. it isnt hard! Just get of the couch, turn off the t.v. or computer and move around! You can do it! I did... and I thought I couldnt either. I used to be a big fat kid just like you guys, and I am set to run my FIRST half marathon this week. I am going to do good too! Dont care what anyone thinks of you, I know it is hard, but you can do it. just try.

Again to Catherine, I was like dead after I ran the 1st mile in 10 minutes, (i'm not the running type...lol)And then I walked for awhile, and ran again, and then i did the other stuff, oh my...lol I felt like I was going to barf, and I did this before breakfast (as it's better to exercise before eating) took a shower, and then thought i was going to die. So im feeling like im about to barf, but i could barely eat a banana because i wasn't hungry enough, i think it was because of all of the water i took in while exercising. lol, so im considering doing it again... I know what I just said didn't make sense, but I was wondering how it goes for you? maybe i got so tired because im not in shape cuz i haven't exercised regularly doing the same routine. Do you get better at it? lol

I need help for anyone who cares i am 5'7 and 150lbs.
I have posted but nobody seemes to care. People can give advice for more obese people but nobody can give advice to me if there is anyone out there that can help please write. Also don't put that I am not overweight because if you do I will scream.

Catherine (age: 15), i would yell at you for giving me that workout that you lost 5 pounds on, but I haven't got any energy left in me to do so. :-P And even worse, I'm considering to do it again tomorrow...

hey yall.. im 18 and i have always been bigger than all my friends.. im 5'5" and weigh 165. no one in my life seems to think im fat.. but thats all i can see.. when i look in the mirror all i can see is fat. when i was 15 i weighed 180 and stoped eating and lost 50 lbs. buti have gained a lot of that back.. i need lose it again.. i just dont know how.. the way i did it before was just to not eat and when i did i would throw it up.. and i got caught.. my sister told my daddy and they forced me to eat and i wasnt allowed to go to the bathroom alone.. it was the worst times of my life.. now i just need to know a way i can lose weight with out it being not healthy.... im about to go to college on a softball scholarship.. and i need something.. if you have any help for me let me know..
