Hi everybody! I NEED HELP!! LOL. I've tried a LOT of diet plans and exersicing regularly, but none of them seem to work! I'm 5ft and 127lbs....i've actually GAINED weight when i was on the diet, because I used to weigh 122lbs after a week on the diet, but before the diet i was 128lbs. Anyways, if you have any diet plans, PLEASE tell me....especially tips to work the flab of of your stomach!

Hey yo im in need of some excersizin tips..like gettin fit n stuff....i need more upper body strength. TO Rachel 14: Follow this plan i made for You - eat 1500 calories a day - 1 hour of aerobics & Biking for 30 mins. & Run up 'n' down a set of stairs for 25 mins. ( do in interills ) - (this will let you lose a lb a week) - If you want to lose 2lbs a week , do 2 hours of aerobics ( instead of 1 hour ) .The first week you may lose more than losing more than 2 lbs if your just starting dieting. - Try to Drink at least 10 8oz glasses of water a day.(The water helps flush your body out.) Cut sweets out, (hold out until you can't any longer)if you do eat sweets eat 1/3 of what you'd usually would eat. ( the first 1 or 2 weeks you may get hunger pains , its just your stomach getting used to how much food your eating, Once you lose all the weight keep eating only 1500 calories and keep exerciseing, cause if you don't you'll eventually gain it back. Good luck, keep me updated. This should work for anyone else that is 145 and wants to be 130 - 137. Amount of weight lost will vary.

Hi, this is my first time writing. I know i'm not obese. I'm just a little over chubby. I want to loose weight. I am 5'8 and weigh from 154-157lb. the thing is that i can gain or loose about two or three pounds in like a day. See if i over eat then i gain about three pounds if i eat healthy and exersize in a day then i loose about three pounds. That's really weird. I used to weigh about 189lb. so i know what it's like to loose weight. After that i've been on and off diets and exersize. I usually don't eat junk foods,but i tend to snack and over eat. I know if i dieted and exersized i would be really skinny cause i really eat a lot and never exersize mostly. When i diet and exersize i can loose up to 7 lbs. in a week.

I c most people on this board are about 10-50 lbs. overweight, but anyone who needs to lose more than that, I'd love to talk to. I've been trying to lose weight forever, but only recently started taking it seriously. I have some good tips, and I'd love to share some ideas.

I REALLY NEED SOMEONE'S HELP! I WANNA ASK A QUESTION AND CAN EVERY ONE RESPOND THAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER IF YOU RESPOND!!!! OKTHIS IS WHAT I DO EVERYDAY FIRST I EXERCISE 30 MINUTES IN THE MORNING AROUND 10:00 A.M , THEN AT 12:00 I DO TAE-BOE FOR AN HOUR, THEN AFTER I DO TAE-BOE I DO 100 JUMPIN-JACKS,50-75 PUSH UPS, SIT-UPS, AND LEG LIFTS. THEN AT 3:30 I USE THIGHTEKXL FOR 30 MINUTES. NOW FOR EATING EVERY MORNING I EAT A LITTLE PORTION OF BREAKFAST. AT LUNC I EAT A TURKEY SANDWHICH WITH MUSTARD ON IT. AT DINNER I EAT ANYTHING MY MOM COOKS(BUT NOT THAT MUCH) I DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY I EAT A LITTLE JUNK FOOD AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. NOW I'M WEIGHING 144 POUNDS HERES THE QUESTION!! IF I WAS TO DO THAT ROUTINE EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT 4 1/2 WEEKS HOW MANY POUNDS DO YOU THINK I WOULD LOSE??????? IF YOU RESPOND THIS WILL HELP ME OUT A LOT I WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER THANK YOU, RACH
