Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - i am 14 years old and i wiegh like 130 i know its not alot but my older 16 year old sieter wieght 110 i play a lot of softball and i eat breakfats and dinner and i have a small lunch(cookie) i snack wen i get home do you know any more ideas i can do to get me to loose about 10 20 pounds? e-mail me at analisa333@hotmail.com

Today: 160 lb - Hey i am 13 and i think im ugly because i am fat i weight 160 and scared that i might end up to 200. At school people say im beautiful exept i am fat I have long soft hair,my face is cute and one time this cute boy in my class told me he use to have a crush on me but know that i am fat he doesnt anymore and i wish i was at least 110 so now i will take care of myself to eat right and exersize if i had lost weight i will write back

Does anyone have Windsor Pilates? Did you achieve anything using it (combined with right eating of course and walking/running)??? What results did you get and how long did it take you??? Does it really do what the infomercial sais? Did you like it or not? PLEASE REPLY!!!

My thoughts on weight...let me think- too many! geez...i feel as if it is an endless road to losing weight. the only way you can get any attention from guys is to be a size 0 and that really makes me mad!!! i hope to lose weight- not for everyone else...but for me!

hey, does any1 no if that cereal diet works where u replace two of ur meals each day with cereal and then eat one regular meal(not that unhealthy of a meal) cuz i only have 21(3 weeks) days left to lose AT LEAST 5 pounds:the pool opens then and im "goin out" wit this really hot guy and i dont want to look chubby which i KINDA am now!!but it will also help me feel more confident in myself and ifind clothes easier!! and kellogs says that it takes to weeks to lose about 4.5-6 pounds!!and ive been doing lunges,crunches,strength training, walking, etc.!!PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS WILL PROBABLY WORK!!!!!thanx soooooo much if u reply!!i really need replys!!!

Today made me happy, I ran a mile in my fastest time ever: 10 minutes. In november it took me around 12 minutes. I would advise people to use a mile run for a fitness goal. I've been doing a lot of sprints lately, and that has helped me. I would advise anyone who would like to improve stamina or lung capacity to run 5 minutes every other day and sprint on that day for 30 second intervals (totaling 4 minutes), then at the end of the week judge your progress by running the mile. You'll feel so much better, plus it gives you added confidence, and also it burns about 150 calories for every 10 minutes you run. It's a good fitness goal and i encourage all of you to try it sometime!
