Cardiovascular work: is important to speed up your metabolism so you burn more calories to help shed body fat, and it should be performed at least 3 days a week. What I recommend is to alternate your weight training days with cardio days. So, following your weight training session, do 30 minutes of any cardio activity. Then, on your alternate days, do 30 minutes of any (great way to mix it up and keep it fun!) cardio activity and activity and also on this day perform some abdominal and calf exercises.
-Also Eat Well Balanced foods, stuff like pizza and everything isn't that good for you if your trying to loose weight. Don't eat so little to loose cause you will gain it back and + more. Drink Plenty of water I usually drink 1-5 L but I touch it up with StrawberryKiwi Crystal Lite.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 136 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I've always been an average sized child, and my weight's never really bothered me until recently. I had to go to the docters for a general check up every 6 months, where he measured my height and my weight. I've stayed the same 5'6" for six months but have shot from 136lbs to almost 198lbs. That was 2 weeks ago and since then, i've put on 2lbs making me 200bls and i've really started to noticed my stomach being bigger than it was before and last night my friend told me she thought i'd been putting on weight a lot recently. I find it difficult to fit into jeans and stuff now aswell so i've decided to do something about my weight problem but i don't know where to start.

just to tell u people who want to skip meals and stuff to lose weight, don't. i did for a few days and my mood was so glum and depressing! i didn't want to do anything for the rest of the day! but then i started to eat lunch (cuzz thats the meal i skiped) and i was like the happiest person alive! my mood was alot better! i wanted to do more things and i was alot better off!

Ht. 6'1", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hye, I weigh 224 lbs at 6'1. This year, befroe basketball started, i injured myself and was out the whole season. I was off my feet for 8 weeks, and its about 6 months after my surgery. i looked int he mirror and noticed i seem to be ballooning up. My clothes are getting tighter on me. I have a size 38 waist now. I noticed ive got a couple fo rolls on my stomach, which has lost all definition. my stomach has started to poke out a lot, and is very jiggly. i jiggle a lot whne i walk, and get out of breath just by jogging up stair, which seems outnof the ordinary for me. My love handles are growing as well, and i look in the mirror and see a very portly person. the only way 2 lose w8 is not 2 diet cos i u tell urself ur on a doet ur cravings r worse. just eat hea;lthy threee meals a day and exericse 4 20 mins.

hey. if you are currently trying to lose weight right now or you have already lost a lot of weight, how do you keep yourself motivated to continue exercising and eating right? i already know what to eat and how much to exercise, but i have trouble motivating myself to do it. any advice would be great, thanks.
