Today made me happy, I ran a mile in my fastest time ever: 10 minutes. In november it took me around 12 minutes. I would advise people to use a mile run for a fitness goal. I've been doing a lot of sprints lately, and that has helped me. I would advise anyone who would like to improve stamina or lung capacity to run 5 minutes every other day and sprint on that day for 30 second intervals (totaling 4 minutes), then at the end of the week judge your progress by running the mile. You'll feel so much better, plus it gives you added confidence, and also it burns about 150 calories for every 10 minutes you run. It's a good fitness goal and i encourage all of you to try it sometime!

Today: 130 lb - hi i'v been over weight ,i'm 130 pounds at school i'm all ways called fat.a look at the girls in my class and wish i could be the wheight they are and not be laugh at when i were a swimsuit.i have no friends ,i always get pick last for games because cause of my weight.I hope some day i could be the weight i whant.

Hi...does anyone know good excersising tips? My main problem is I don't have stamina. In case you don't know, stamina is how much you can stand before getting tired. HELP! Please. I would like some HELP BEFORE THE END OF MY SCHOOL YEAR which is in A FEW WEEKS. But if I can't do it then, I'd like to get into better shape over the summer.

Today: 140 lb - Hey I am 140 lbs and is currently on a diet, which is running a mile and a half for 30 mins every other day,and working on my arms by lifting weight (8lbs) and doing a lower body workout for butt and legs. I also do a tape for 8 min abs. I eat healthy ya know veggies,protein,fruit,whole grains. I eat 3 meals a day an drink WATER ! Although it has been a slow process I am beginning to lose weight in my legs in 2 months. Although My tummy is not slimmin down... should I count calories because I dont know how,or what should I do to see results in my belly ? Ht. 5'2", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 90 lb - I am like 5'2 and I way around 140. I don't look fat, but I am. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to lose weight? I really want to and everytime I see a pretty supermodel who has a great body, my self-esteem gets lower. Can anyone help me? I want to lose like 50-60 pounds and stay fit. I know I'm ovrweight so please don't lie to me, and say I'm skinny because I'm not.

Start: 170 lb, Today: 136 lb - I havent lost a thing! and am very discouraged. Ever since I hit my plateau the weight has just stayed the same. Nor am I more toned either. At least im not 170, as I was at the begining of the school year. Im 136 and have been (for the longest time!) I DO TRY TO EAT WELL BUT ITS NOT WORKING ANY MORE! WHAT'S WRONG? I STILL LOOK CHUBBY!!!! :( PLEASE HELP ME! I also have RAZOR BURN by my bikini line.. and it doesnt look to appealing. (actually I dont even wear a bikini *TOO SCARED* I wear a one piece, but your underwear line still shows and I didnt want to be hairy.) Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Hello. I am 15 years old, 5'5" and 170 lbs. I would like to loss 20-40 lbs. Start: 498 lb, Today: 451 lb - Guess what you guys! ive lost so much weight! in such short time! ive lost 47 pounds in half a month!!! and i now weight 451!!!! i have a long weight to go but im on my weigh, and everyone is noticeing! ive never felt so good (people still cringe when they see me though :()

Ht. 5'7", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Hey, i'm 5'7" and 175lbs i really want to loose a bit of weight before i go back to college in September, so that gives me a good few months to try.
