Today: 130 lb - hi i'v been over weight ,i'm 130 pounds at school i'm all ways called fat.a look at the girls in my class and wish i could be the wheight they are and not be laugh at when i were a swimsuit.i have no friends ,i always get pick last for games because cause of my weight.I hope some day i could be the weight i whant.

Hi...does anyone know good excersising tips? My main problem is I don't have stamina. In case you don't know, stamina is how much you can stand before getting tired. HELP! Please. I would like some HELP BEFORE THE END OF MY SCHOOL YEAR which is in A FEW WEEKS. But if I can't do it then, I'd like to get into better shape over the summer.

Today: 140 lb - Hey I am 140 lbs and is currently on a diet, which is running a mile and a half for 30 mins every other day,and working on my arms by lifting weight (8lbs) and doing a lower body workout for butt and legs. I also do a tape for 8 min abs. I eat healthy ya know veggies,protein,fruit,whole grains. I eat 3 meals a day an drink WATER ! Although it has been a slow process I am beginning to lose weight in my legs in 2 months. Although My tummy is not slimmin down... should I count calories because I dont know how,or what should I do to see results in my belly ? Ht. 5'2", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 90 lb - I am like 5'2 and I way around 140. I don't look fat, but I am. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to lose weight? I really want to and everytime I see a pretty supermodel who has a great body, my self-esteem gets lower. Can anyone help me? I want to lose like 50-60 pounds and stay fit. I know I'm ovrweight so please don't lie to me, and say I'm skinny because I'm not.

THIRST! Once you have the feeling of THIRST, your body is ALREADY dehydrated. SO, make sure to keep hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day, and more if you are working out harder than usual. Another tip: if your urine is clear or pale yellow then you are drinking enough water! BENEFITS OF WATER:

Start: 170 lb, Today: 136 lb - I havent lost a thing! and am very discouraged. Ever since I hit my plateau the weight has just stayed the same. Nor am I more toned either. At least im not 170, as I was at the begining of the school year. Im 136 and have been (for the longest time!) I DO TRY TO EAT WELL BUT ITS NOT WORKING ANY MORE! WHAT'S WRONG? I STILL LOOK CHUBBY!!!! :( PLEASE HELP ME! I also have RAZOR BURN by my bikini line.. and it doesnt look to appealing. (actually I dont even wear a bikini *TOO SCARED* I wear a one piece, but your underwear line still shows and I didnt want to be hairy.) If you can offer any help to plateaus or razor burns (how to get them to go away.. or anything) PLEASE REPLY! THANKS- Lacy

Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Hello. I am 15 years old, 5'5" and 170 lbs. I would like to loss 20-40 lbs. I have a rather large body frame already so I will never be thin looking but I would at least like to be fit. If anyone has any suggestions please email me at quietgurl_87@yahoo.com. i have been overweight since i was 8. and i hated it! but now i am working on building muscle and increasing my strength, and have been losing weight. i want to lose38 lbs but when i am training myself, i become a health-a-holic. i hope it works. if ya'll have any tips, post here or email me at youwish@houston.rr.com. i think this is great and since in 30 minutes i am going running i hope someone comes on. i think ya'll are great!!p.s.-tiffany, i got your message from angel! : ) : )

Start: 498 lb, Today: 451 lb - Guess what you guys! ive lost so much weight! in such short time! ive lost 47 pounds in half a month!!! and i now weight 451!!!! i have a long weight to go but im on my weigh, and everyone is noticeing! ive never felt so good (people still cringe when they see me though :()

Ht. 5'7", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Hey, i'm 5'7" and 175lbs i really want to loose a bit of weight before i go back to college in September, so that gives me a good few months to try. Thing is, when i go to exersice i find i can't be bothered and keep putting it off, then when i try and eat less, i tell myself i'll start tomorrow..and tomorrow...and the next day, etc! Lol!! Ht. 4'11", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hi ppl, im sam. im 15/f. im 4'11 (very short) and im 170lbs (very over weight) my mum is the same way, but she only put on weight because she quit smoking. i used to be dead skinny, but since year 4 of school, i started puttin on the weight. since then i have tryed all the stupid ways of losing weight, starving myself, making myself sick, u no. but this time, im eating healthy ( tryin itthe right way for once!) i got an exercise machine for christmas, i started using it but then stuff happend and i stopped. but startin 2moro, i am goin on it for 30mins a day and goin out with my dad walkin the dogs! i dont really have a target date yet or weight but i'll no wen im there.
